I cannot recommend White Dahlia Events enough, and I am SO glad they were a part of our wedding day!! We worked with Jessica for our wedding at Tabor Hill Winery, and she was absolutely amazing! Throughout the planning process, Jessica was so kind, organized, and responsive. She was always available to answer questions, offer advice, and help with all the little details. Her guidance and support gave me so much confidence that our wedding day would be beautiful and run smoothly! We also worked with Courtney on our rentals and decor, and she did an incredible job bringing our vision to life! On our wedding day, Jessica and her team were wonderful! They kept everyone on schedule and handled all the behind-the-scenes details so we could truly relax and enjoy every moment. It was such a relief knowing everything was in such good hands! Everyone at White Dahlia was genuinely so kind, and you can tell they truly love what they do! They were such a pleasure to work with, worth every penny, and easily one of the best vendors we had on our wedding team. We are so grateful to Jessica, Courtney, and the entire team for helping make our wedding day everything we had hoped for and more. We couldn't have done it without them!!

Had a great experience with White Dahlia as my coordinators for my wedding! I was assigned Hillary as my lead coordinator and couldn't say enough great things about her. She was always there to answer my questions, keep me calm, and make sure everything went smoothly. My wedding went off smoothly with no bumps and was absolutely beautiful! White Dahlia was amazing to work with! We chose their day of coordination package for our wedding, and from start to finish, they made the entire process feel so easy and stress free. We had the opportunity to meet with Kelsey and Brooke at our one month final walkthrough, and it was so helpful to have everyone on the same page leading up to the big day. Brooke was our day of coordinator, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful in the month leading up to our wedding, reaching out to all of our vendors and making sure every detail was organized and taken care of. On the wedding day, she was incredible at keeping everything running smoothly and allowing us to truly relax and enjoy the day without worrying about the details. We also worked with Courtney for our decor, and she was so helpful in answering all of our questions and helping bring our vision to life. She made sure everything came together exactly how we had envisioned it, and we couldn’t have been happier with how beautiful everything looked! We are so grateful to the entire White Dahlia team for helping make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. We would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding!!!

There truly aren't enough words to express how incredible the White Dahlia team was throughout our wedding weekend both at Tabor Hill Vineyard and our next day wedding celebration at our home. We invested in the Luxe Package, and it was worth every penny. We utilized their rentals which made everything much easier. From our very first planning meeting, we knew we were in the best hands and they had our best interest at heart. Their planning software kept everything organized, communication was always prompt, and having unlimited access to the planning team gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire process. Every vendor recommendation they made was outstanding, and they handled so much of the communication and coordination that we were actually able to enjoy being engaged instead of feeling overwhelmed. Their design team completely understood our vision and somehow elevated it beyond anything we could have imagined. From the ceremony and reception layouts to the tablescapes, bar décor, signage, lounge spaces, and countless thoughtful details, every element felt intentional, elegant, and uniquely us. Walking into our reception for the first time was a moment we'll never forget. They took the ideas from my mind and made them reality. Kelsey and Jessica were the driving force behind making our wedding happen. They managed every major detail with incredible professionalism, ensuring nothing was overlooked. Their experience, organization, and ability to anticipate every need gave us complete confidence throughout the planning process. No matter how many moving pieces there were, they always had everything under control. Jenna was exceptional with communication. She was consistently clear, organized, responsive, and proactive, making every step of planning feel straightforward and stress-free. We always knew exactly where things stood and what came next because of her. Courtney and Brooke brought such an amazing energy to the entire experience. They made every meeting, every decision, and every interaction feel positive, exciting, and fun. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and they helped transform what could have been a stressful planning process into one that we genuinely enjoyed. What truly set White Dahlia apart was everything happening behind the scenes. They coordinated transportation logistics, created a seamless wedding-day timeline, managed vendors, led our ceremony, handled setup and breakdown, and kept the entire day running effortlessly. We never had to wonder what was happening next because they had already thought of everything. They took care of our guests as if they were family and you could absolutely tell they HAVE SEEN IT ALL. One of the most thoughtful touches was how they helped us coordinate our after-party at Tabor Hill. They handled the planning and communication so everything flowed seamlessly from the wedding to the celebration afterward, allowing us to simply enjoy every moment. On our wedding day, the White Dahlia team worked tirelessly from beginning to end. They remained onsite throughout the entire event, ensuring every vendor, every timeline, and every detail came together flawlessly. Because of them, we were able to be fully present with our family and friends instead of worrying about logistics. That peace of mind is something we'll never forget. If you're considering White Dahlia, don't hesitate. Their professionalism, creativity, organization, attention to detail, and genuine care are unmatched. Planning a wedding of our size could have been incredibly stressful, but they made the entire experience feel seamless and joyful. We will always be grateful to Kelsey, Jessica, Courtney, Brooke, Jenna, and the entire White Dahlia team for creating a wedding weekend that exceeded every expectation. Loved our experience with WD. Our Day of coordinator was Hillary and she was simply wonderful. Planning a wedding is overwhelming and that last month is insane…she took so much of the stress off my plate-especially with coordinating and managing arrivals and communication with vendors. If you have a venue that doesn’t include a coordinator, you absolutely need to hire them. My only regrets, I wish I did the mid-grade package instead of the day of coordinator. But at least we had her when we really need her. Find it in your budgets…promise you won’t regret it. (Photo is Hillary getting ready to obsess over my train before I walked down the aisle :)

Booking WDE was hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding! We worked with Brooke for coordination and Courtney for rentals, and they were truly an incredible team. They were not only extremely professional and overall great at what they do, but they were also genuinely passionate about making our wedding day special and memorable. Brooke kept us organized and on track with timelines/deadlines, offered insights and recommendations based on her years of experience in the wedding industry, answered all our questions in detail and a timely manner, and most importantly, she was reassuring that our wedding day was going to be nothing short of amazing. And she was right! Under her watch, our wedding day was seamless and stress-free (minus Mother Nature gifting us rain during our outdoor ceremony) and it wouldn’t have been possible without her. And Courtney just has a natural talent and eye for design—we had full confidence in her to take all the creative liberties. We were completely blown away by how she styled the entire venue with not only décor rented from WDE but also décor we provided ourselves. She thought of every detail with each inch of space she had to work with, and it all came together beautifully. We couldn’t have been happier! We cannot recommend WDE enough to any couple looking for an exceptional wedding planner/coordinator/designer. Please know, you absolutely won’t regret it!

We had such a great experience working with WDE for our wedding day. We worked the closest with Brooke for coordination and Courtney for rentals. Both are girl’s girls. They answered all of our questions and offered their insight as well. Both took time out of their days to hold individual calls with us to chat through preferences, logistics, vibes, etc. Our day went off without a hitch thanks to Brooke and it looked so gorgeous thanks to Courtney’s help/guidance with rentals. Don’t sleep on the awesome rental inventory either - we loved being able to have all of the decor day-of but nothing to worry about afterwards. Also plugging their preferred vendors - I literally only had 2 vendors that weren’t on WDE’s list. Their network is full of people who are great at what they do & a variety of price points. If you’re a type B bride like me and need help - do it. The team kept me accountable and on track and genuinely minimized stress in the weeks leading up to the big day. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Booking White Dahlia was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning! We booked with them almost two years in advance, and they were so helpful and supportive from day one. Jess, our wedding planner, was absolutely incredible—we truly couldn’t have gotten through the day without her. She’s the kindest person, and you can tell she and her team genuinely love what they do. We also rented decor through White Dahlia, and they brought my vision to life perfectly. Brooke thought of every little detail to ensure that each part of my wedding day flowed seamlessly to the next and that each guest had everything they needed.
