White Fences is truly a premier equestrian community. As a seasonal resident, I can say it offers the perfect blend of peaceful living and serious horse sport. The quiet, safe roads are ideal for relaxing trail rides, while the generously sized parcels provide ample space for any commercial equestrian operation. A huge benefit is the direct access to the wider Deer Run trail system via the back gate, giving you miles of riding right from your doorstep. The community even has its own dedicated dressage showgrounds, which has naturally attracted a wonderful concentration of dressage professionals and enthusiasts. Whether you're deeply involved in dressage or another discipline, White Fences is an incredible place to call home.

Het wedstrijdterrein ziet er goed uit. Er worden wekelijks dressuurwedstrijden georganiseerd. Op woensdag kan je oefenen op het terrein in de verschillende ringen.

I was at White Fences for Dressage training with Barton Patrick. White Fences is quiet, no drama, and beautiful. It has five arenas, one is mirrored, a round pen, stalls for boarding, and areas for hacking. I love it!

I recently put a stunning 15 acre property under contract in this community and am delighted for them! White Fences is a well developed gated equestrian community in Loxahatchee. It offers quiet roads for trail riding and large parcels of land for the serious commercial equestrian endeavors. It is connected to other Deer Run communities via a back gate. Because it also has a dressage show ground in the community, a lot of equestrian estates here specialize in dressage - but not all.
