Paul was very thorough with the inspection of the house we wanted to purchase. Also very informative and receptive to any questions we had during the inspection. We decided not to purchase due to all the findings he had discovered along the inspection process. We also would request him for his services for the next house we decide to purchase.

This was my first time doing a condo (home) inspection and Michael was great. He walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. He even pointed out things that might have seemed minor to a veteran home buyer so he wanted to make sure I was aware of them. Ordering the inspection was also very easy and the communication from White Glove was excellent (I believe I spoke with Jillian). Overall it was an outstanding experience. Thanks

We called the office about the issues, no one ever called back. They were paid $1400 which included a mold inspection which was important due to allergies and asthma. Let me tell you what they didn’t do: check for mold! check or acknowledge the openings all around the house, the cracked concrete, the appliances….the refrigerator’s water dispenser wasn’t working, the washer and dryer were not functioning they were replaced with new ones, the back fence: during the move we discovered it was tied by a string. The mold on the exterior brick: we thought it was chalk, the marks on the wall from water coming in, the AC condenser which had to get Replaced. The list goes on and on.<br><br>All of this while two young ladies (under 30) that bought the house though they were paying for the best inspection. Only to get robbed and they couldn’t turn back to change their minds about the purchase because it was too late. They placed their trust on this crooked company’s inspector.

I’ve used them previously for a commercial building inspection and was satisfied. Used them recently for a home inspection who breezed through over 4000 combined sqft including a sewer scoping for less than 2 hours (1 inspector). Either he was extremely efficient and good or just scratched the surface. Unfortunately, it was the latter.<br><br>Inspection started at 9am and I arrived at the house at 10:45am to meet and talk to the inspector. He was already gone. I called and spoke to the manager who made all sort of excuses, said he was one of his best inspectors, etc. It was drizzling on the day of inspection so the manager promised to get out there with a drone following Monday- it did not happen. I also mentioned that Legacy inspection (who inspected my house, hired by the buyer) had 3 inspectors who spent 3 hours (!!!) throughly combing through everything- how can one person do similar sqft inspection in less than 2 hours is beyond me. Manager did not like this statement. But facts are facts.<br><br>After moving in, as I expected, found quite a few things that were missed, including large (over 1”) concrete settling gap in the garage perimeter, separating floor base boards in the basement, just to name a few. I’m still not certain of the roof condition.<br><br>Even $100 charge would not be worth this inspection in my opinion.<br><br>If this is how they treat a returning customer, don’t expect much more as a new customer. Very disappointing to say the least.<br><br>First inspection 4.5 stars. Second inspection 1 star. Maybe luck of the draw who you get but maybe lacking overall quality control of staff.
