Been there twice to get guitar strings bc it was the closest place to my house. Both times was a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even go out of there way if you want to shoot the breeze with ya. Great customer service, staff makes you feel important.
Acting on my school's recommendation, I rented a violin for my daughter at $38 a month plus tax. When I got home and looked up the numbers found inside the violin online, I discovered it was worth $150. It turned out to be a Chinese-made instrument with a German-sounding name. I really thought to myself, "What commercial geniuses."
Brought my daughter's flute in for a tune up. Very professional and personable help.
Very helpful staff!
Andy the luthier is great, very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!
Nice place to get a musical instrument for school.
They were so kind and helpful. They made the anxiety ridden task of returning an instrument smooth and easy. Thank you for your kindness!
Yeah, I see you....reading my review what are you trying to find out? Are the reputable? You bet your sweet smile they are! Are they helpful? Wouldn't have given 5 stars if they weren't! Good prices? No doubt! Listen, it's a local chain, with professionals that are knowledgeable. It's got the hometown music store vibe, and not the corporate rocker instrument stores. Wendy talked with me on the phone to procure my child's rental for the year, and the fella who was working when I stopped into pay opened up early for me and got me out in a hurry. White house of music. You guys are doing it right!
Amazing customer service and go as often as I can!!! Could not recommend enough!!!
My daughter dropped her clarinet and needed a new mouthpiece two days before her holiday concert. They were very helpful and could solve the problem in literally five minutes.
