White Rock Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof and making sure the gutters were rehung correctly. In addition, they truly helped me out by repairing a damaged fascia at the very end of the project, which was also the end of the day. They went and bought the materials, paint and had it completed in no…
White Rock Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof after hail damage and significant granule loss. Their representative, Jose Reyes, was exceptional from the very first inspection through final completion. His honesty, professionalism, and deep knowledge of both roofing systems and the insurance process…
We had most of our roof replaced by White Rock Roofing in December. No one WANTS to get a roof repaired or replaced, but when you have to have it, the process should go just like this! They responded to our inquiry immediately and were out to do a quote right after we made contact. Julio worked out how to work…
We had a great experience with White Rock Roofing. Our roof was hail damaged and they worked with us from the beginning of the claim through installation. Jorge and Jose were our main points of contact and they were extremely responsive, thoughtful, and answered any question we had. They installed extra ventilation…
This company came highly recommended from two neighbors and when using them myself, they did not disappoint. They worked with me, came out to talk to the insurance inspector. They worked with the solar people to make sure that they did their install without any leaks. Also, coordinated fence staning and gutter…
We needed to replace our old composition shingle roof. We contacted White Rock roofing and found that it they could make it affordable for us to have a standing seam metal roof. They completed the 3,000sf roof in one week. As an architect I was very impressed with the way they went about their work and the end…
I was very happy with White Rock Roofing, Jorge was really great and was very accommodating and helpful. The roofers were done in one day and were very clean. The roof came out really awesome, no problems.
In March 2023, I chose White Rock Roofing to replace my roof from multiple bids. Three days before work was to begin, a notice from the city said my street would be closed to access for a month starting before the scheduled start. I called Jose Reyes, my contact at White Rock, who within 3 hours had pulled the…
When you get to know the people by first name, it is either a good relationship or one that has spiraled out of control. In the case of White Rock Roofing, Julio, Jose and Jimmy combined to form a great team. The project, not due to WRR efforts, took almost four months because of the Insurance Company's poor…
Hello, I am very satisfied with the project done by White Rock Roofing in my house: the roof looks great and the reconstruction in the back porch. Thank you: Jose and team. Regards: Carmen H.
When I contacted White Rock and Jose immediately responded the same day and came out the next to give me an estimate. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions as this was the first time I’d gone through this process. I had a few other roofers to come by, but I felt really good with Jose and…
Amazing to work with. Very professional and communicative. High quality work. Jose was awesome and I’d call him again.
Daniel Anchia and Jose Reyes at White Rock Roofing did a spectacular job of working with us and our insurance company to get us the best roof coverage for our home. Their workers were all on time, professional and helpful. They went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier!
Jose and his crew made this process very easy to deal with my insurance company. Jose took the lead role by doing so I was not overwhelmed. They did a wonderful job on the new roof and gutters. I highly recommend White Rock Roofing to all of my friends and family. Thanks again White Rock Roofing 😁
Look no further, Jose and his team are the BEST in Dallas!!! From day 1 they were nothing but professional, polite, and completed the highest quality work. They were able to complete a project I had been dreading quickly, quietly, and faster than initially quoted all while ensuring the process caused as little life…
Jose Reyes is very knowledgeable in what he does. The inspection of my roof he did was very precise on what needed to be done. Jose met with my insurance adjuster since I could not be there which helped me a lot. Their work was prompt and very well done. I will use them and recommend for future projects. Thanks Jose!!
Jose and his crew where excellent in repairing my roof. I had gotten quotes that where 5 times what they charge me and they did an excellent job. Super professional. Extra clean. on time.
Very good. Worked with insurance to get the claim approved and work completed. Very professional. Would recommend them highly.
White Rock Roofing gave us great service, flexibility and did an awesome job! I definitely recommend going with them. They were most helpful and patient when our insurance company was dragging its heels.
I recently used White Rock Roofing to replace the roof on my home after the recent hail storms. I had initially contracted with another company, but they quit responding to me and my insurance company when the insurance company asked for additional information on the claim. My neighbor used White Rock and I was…
