Fast and friendly service! They came out immediately to inspect and had everything fixed the same week. Would recommend!
White Rock Roofing did a great job on our project from start to finish. I worked closely with Jose, who was fantastic — super responsive, always answered my questions, and made the whole process easy. Communication was excellent throughout and the final result was exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!
Jose at White Rock Roofing did a great job! We had some needed roof repair he was able to take care of on a steep part of our two story home that was a bit difficult to access. Jose was able to take pictures with a drone to confirm the damage, then access it to do all the necessary repairs. He even called me a…
I had a minor roof leak. My wife saw numerous good reviews on Nextdoor and gave me the name of this and several other roofing companies. I looked at this and others on Google and this one had the largest number of consistently positive reviews. I called and Jose came out same day to look, gave a quote and was…
I hired White Rock Roofing to do a detailed inspection on a house I just purchased. Jose looked in every corner of the attic, checked the skylights and the roof. They confirmed what I suspected, leaks in several areas from previous (poorly done) roof repairs. They replaced several skylights, flashing, and performed…
They are very professional. I liked their analysis process, and they won’t make you spend unnecessary money. They did a great job, fast and clean. I would definitely call them again!
Look no further, Jose and his team are the BEST in Dallas!!! From day 1 they were nothing but professional, polite, and completed the highest quality work. They were able to complete a project I had been dreading quickly, quietly, and faster than initially quoted all while ensuring the process caused as little life…
Jose is extremely knowledgable, punctual and helpful. The White Rock Roofing team was able to pinpoint the issue and get it fixed within a few hours. Highly recommend for inspections and roof repairs.
Jose provided a few different options to improve attic ventilation. He was able to secure solar vents for less than what I saw online passing along savings my way. In addition to the install of the vents they went out of their way to reseal a few issue spots that they had noticed.
Jose and his crew where excellent in repairing my roof. I had gotten quotes that where 5 times what they charge me and they did an excellent job. Super professional. Extra clean. on time.
Jose is the best roofer around. He called me back right away, showed up on time and completed the repairs quickly. I would recommend Jose to anyone needing roof repairs. Outstanding Service.
I recently used White Rock Roofing to replace the roof on my home after the recent hail storms. I had initially contracted with another company, but they quit responding to me and my insurance company when the insurance company asked for additional information on the claim. My neighbor used White Rock and I was…
I was very surprised at the great communication, photographs, and fast service. They also follow up with you. These days it seems hard to find reliable, trustworthy companies in general. Julio and his team are exceptional. Don’t hesitate to call them.
Jose is a timely and helpful professional. He was very responsive to all of my questions and did exactly what I needed him and his company to do. I would highly recommend Jose and am pleased with his services.
Thorough inspection; worked directly with insurance company; started on time, worked quickly and efficiently; completed ancillary tasks correctly and billed accurately. Communicated clearly.
Excellent choice for roof replacement. Julio and Jose are both very professional and responsive. The entire experience was excellent. Julio is especially skilled at dealing with the insurance company and ensuring that every part of the inspection and code compliance was cared for. Along with Jimmy (the Gutter…
White Rock Roofing just completed a major repair of the midsection of the roof of our condominium building. In all stages of this repair, from the bidding process to contracting and scheduling the job to moving materials onsite to repairs and final walk-through, the White Rock team was professional, flexible and…
I would highly recommend White Rock Roofing for any roofing and/or contractor need. They were professional, responsive, and clearly communicated with me throughout the process. White Rock Roofing was working in my neighborhood and they did a great job on my neighbors roof replacement. Jorge and his team are professional and great to work with. They just now finished a repair on my home, I had some damaged shingles, but they made my home look good as new. I will definitely give them a…
Was a pleasure to deal with. We had a repair that needed to be done and Jose and his crew was knowledgeable in what needed to be replaced and got the job done ASAP. Thanks again!!
My wife and I bought a house with a roof that was less than 3 years old...jackpot right...wrong. The previous roofers took shortcuts that caused water to leak into the attic and eventually along our bedroom ceiling. The White Rock Roofing crew came out and immediately noticed the poor craftsmanship and proposed a…
I recently had to replace the roof of my property in North Texas. One of my neighbors had recommended White Rock Roofing since they use their services not too long ago. I mainly spoke to Jose, but both Jose and Julio were super helpful in doing an inspection, giving me an honest "next steps plan" and coordinating a…
Not only did White Rock Roofing did an excellent job using quality products for my roof but also did a complete siding job! I explained in detail what I wanted out of the siding job and they delivered! They are very responsive and prompt with their communication and work. I would definitely recommend and hire them again!
Julio is excellent to work with and is extremely kind and helpful. His team is fast and professional.
If you are looking for outstanding construction, professionalism, and customer service that cares, White Rock Roofing is that company. Jorge and his team at White Rock Roofing were great. They took the time to inspect the roof very carefully. He met with the field adjuster and walked the roof to point out the issues. I was very pleased with Jose and team as a one stop shop for roof and gutter repair due to hail damage. The process was very easy as they were present with the insurance adjuster and followed up with the insurance company on all subsequent matters. What was really great was that we were able to get other work such…
