Is White Rock Roofing any good?

Fast and friendly service! They came out immediately to inspect and had everything fixed the same week. Would recommend!

I contacted WhiteRockRoofing after another roofing company did work for me that failed to fix the leaks in my kitchen and dining room area. Jose and and his team met with me just a day after contacting me, made an extensive search of my roof, gutters etc and showed me with photos why I was still having problems with…

Responsive, good price and the quality was fantastic!

Great job and pricing on our roof shingles and gutters. Jose Reyes was exceptional in providing us a quote and communicating with us through the process of replacing our shingles and gutters.

We had a great experience with these guys. They were very quick to asses, provide a quote, and offer a game plan. They showed us what was necessary today vs. what was optional and preventative, and provided a very reasonable price. I would highly recommended them.

Fantastic job, new roof, gutters, Lot of carpentry was needed and new metal. I am fussy, particular, and Jose and his team did a high quality job. Bit the key reason to choose Jose and WRR is that he’s an expert on claims and works extremely well with my insurance company. Jose got us $20k more than we expected.

These guys are great. Very easy to work with and knowledgeable about how to work with the insurance company throughout the claims process. They knocked out the entire roof in a day, added a few touches to improve on how it was done originally, and cleaned up perfectly well after they were finished. We even had a…

I received a referral from my “gutter guy” for White Rock Roofing, and I am glad I did! I wasn’t in need of a new roof yet and just needed some roof maintenance and repairs. Some companies wouldn’t even quote a small project, but Jose not only responded quickly, but he also came out to the house the next day. He was…

This company came highly recommended from two neighbors and when using them myself, they did not disappoint. They worked with me, came out to talk to the insurance inspector. They worked with the solar people to make sure that they did their install without any leaks. Also, coordinated fence staning and gutter…

I was very happy with White Rock Roofing, Jorge was really great and was very accommodating and helpful. The roofers were done in one day and were very clean. The roof came out really awesome, no problems.

When you get to know the people by first name, it is either a good relationship or one that has spiraled out of control. In the case of White Rock Roofing, Julio, Jose and Jimmy combined to form a great team. The project, not due to WRR efforts, took almost four months because of the Insurance Company's poor…

Hello, I am very satisfied with the project done by White Rock Roofing in my house: the roof looks great and the reconstruction in the back porch. Thank you: Jose and team. Regards: Carmen H.

This roof replacement was completed stress free, to my full satisfaction and always kept in the know as the job proceeded. When the job was completed, this company followed up to insure my complete satisfaction. I highly endorse this company to anyone who needs a roof repair and wants to avoid unnecessary stress.…

When I contacted White Rock and Jose immediately responded the same day and came out the next to give me an estimate. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions as this was the first time I’d gone through this process. I had a few other roofers to come by, but I felt really good with Jose and…

Daniel Anchia and Jose Reyes at White Rock Roofing did a spectacular job of working with us and our insurance company to get us the best roof coverage for our home. Their workers were all on time, professional and helpful. They went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier!

Look no further, Jose and his team are the BEST in Dallas!!! From day 1 they were nothing but professional, polite, and completed the highest quality work. They were able to complete a project I had been dreading quickly, quietly, and faster than initially quoted all while ensuring the process caused as little life…

We had a few shingles that had shifted and needed them repaired to complete a home inspection. The original installers wouldn’t respond, so I called White Rock Roofing. They came out and fixed the problem…Great Work…Thank you so much

Much better service than I expected by far! They were with me every step of the way and kept great communication with me! Everything was properly explained even went into detail as far as the differences between shingles and colors. I felt like an expert myself after everything was completed because I was fully…

I recently used White Rock Roofing to replace the roof on my home after the recent hail storms. I had initially contracted with another company, but they quit responding to me and my insurance company when the insurance company asked for additional information on the claim. My neighbor used White Rock and I was…

Jose is a timely and helpful professional. He was very responsive to all of my questions and did exactly what I needed him and his company to do. I would highly recommend Jose and am pleased with his services.

It is a pleasure for me to write a review for White Rock Roofing based on my experience with them replacing our roof after some storm damage. They came out, climbed the roof, and were able to identify specific spots that needed immediate attention, then worked with our insurance company to ensure that all needed…

These guys are excellent, fast, professional, not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. Highly recommend.

Dany and White Rock roofing did a great job on my home, replacing my nearly 27-year old roof. Dany handled all the communication with the insurance, double checked they were paying for the right shingle type, and even went back to them on multiple occasions when he thought there was more they should be covering. His…

White Rock Roofing just completed a major repair of the midsection of the roof of our condominium building. In all stages of this repair, from the bidding process to contracting and scheduling the job to moving materials onsite to repairs and final walk-through, the White Rock team was professional, flexible and…

Jose and Julio are a wonderful team, they always answered the phone or my text.. I wasn't aware putting in a insurance claim on a roof would be such a difficult experience. I thought I would call the insurance company and that would be that. If it wasn't for the negotiating skills and knowledge of the…

Was a pleasure to deal with. We had a repair that needed to be done and Jose and his crew was knowledgeable in what needed to be replaced and got the job done ASAP. Thanks again!!

My wife and I bought a house with a roof that was less than 3 years old...jackpot right...wrong. The previous roofers took shortcuts that caused water to leak into the attic and eventually along our bedroom ceiling. The White Rock Roofing crew came out and immediately noticed the poor craftsmanship and proposed a…

I recently had to replace the roof of my property in North Texas. One of my neighbors had recommended White Rock Roofing since they use their services not too long ago. I mainly spoke to Jose, but both Jose and Julio were super helpful in doing an inspection, giving me an honest "next steps plan" and coordinating a…

Not only did White Rock Roofing did an excellent job using quality products for my roof but also did a complete siding job! I explained in detail what I wanted out of the siding job and they delivered! They are very responsive and prompt with their communication and work. I would definitely recommend and hire them…

Highly recommend. They are very professional, responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely use again!

If you are looking for outstanding construction, professionalism, and customer service that cares, White Rock Roofing is that company. White Rock Roofing took over our claim after months of struggling with our insurance company. They sent all of their findings of damages to our insurance and we came to find many…

Jorge and his team at White Rock Roofing were great. They took the time to inspect the roof very carefully. He met with the field adjuster and walked the roof to point out the issues. He communicated well with our insurance and was able to repair the roof and gutters. His team did high quality work and things look…

I was very pleased with Jose and team as a one stop shop for roof and gutter repair due to hail damage. The process was very easy as they were present with the insurance adjuster and followed up with the insurance company on all subsequent matters. What was really great was that we were able to get other work such…
