Bob and Curt from Sterling Heights location were great, handled our items with care and made our move easier!
This company is BY FAR the most professional and best I’ve ever used. Family owned and operated meaning the customer service is second to none. Highly recommended!
We had a great experience! Riley, Dan, Brandon A., and Skyler did an amazing job with our move. They packed everything very carefully and really paid attention to the small details to make sure our belongings were well protected. They were professional, efficient, and hardworking throughout the entire process. They…
Moved from Rochester Hills to the Woodward corridor. My crew was amazing: quick, kind, organized, and worked well with each other. Shout out to Chase, Wayne, CJ and Jaiden!
Great service, White Star Movers made moving out super easy! There was clear communication throughout the entire process, and moving out itself was efficient and quick. Matt and Ben were great!
I would highly recommend White Star Movers! Matt and Ben were so great at what they did, I got moved interstate in a single day! They were so quick and efficient. Everything arrived in great condition and we all left happy.
Bobby & Curtis did an amazing job! Both guys very friendly and got all our items loaded without any issues.
Bobby, Curtis, Otis, and Everett …….fabulous movers. I can’t say enough positive things about the entire White Star experience.
Professionally handled the pick up and wrapping of elderly furniture in preparation for a move from Detroit, MI to Baltimore, MD. This involved a very heavy oak table, extensions, hutch, a four drawer chest, a somewhat rickety dropleaf table with thin legs, two twin beds, a nightstand and four drawer bureau. This…
Just had the pleasure of having Bobby, Curtis, Troy, Dante and Destiny pack and load our entire home for our move from Michigan to Colorado. The way they handled and packed our items was outstanding. They were very professional and fun to work with. Would recommend White Star Movers to anyone planning a move.
Bobby and Curtis are great and professional. The move was quick and clean Really good service !!
Dan, Curtis, Celly, and Dom were awesome. They handled our drop off efficiently and professionally, even in 25 degree weather! Highly recommend the team!
Great experience with Mayflower/White Star. The friendly, hard working crew of 3 made the move from downriver Michigan to Northeast Ohio as smooth as possible. They took great care of our property and furniture. Presented skill packing truck and placed items room by room at new address. Thanks guys, great job!…
Bobby, Sidy, Cam, and Curtis did a wonderful job with our move. The guys were professional, efficient, careful and respectful. Great to work with!
The White Star team is excellent! Brandon, Jaiden and Dominic helped with packing and Kyle, Troy and Cameron moved furniture to Chicago. All did a fantastic job and put my mind at ease. Also, the office team and Eric coordinated the logistics. Thanks!
Bobby and Sidy were very kind and diligent. The work was clean and fast. 100% recommended.
On July 9, 2025, my wife and I received our second shipment of furniture from WhiteStar movers. Our delivery team consisted of, Tay Zon, Don, and Avery. Our first shipment was with Tay Zon, Olider, Cherif and Don on July 3, 2025. I would like to thank these outstanding men, who did a superb job! You are in great…

Ben, Noah, and Ellie were cordial, efficient, and respectful to both my time and property. Would happily choose White Star Movers again in the future. Thank you for all your help!
*Reviewing one year later* We did a full service pack and move across the US from a 3000+ sq ft home. Not a single item was broken. From the quote through the unpacking of our Christmas ornaments months after the move, I was impressed with the level of care and detail that went into every step of the process. I…
Mike and his team were great. Arrived on time, never stopped working, were very caring. Made what is a stressful day, easy to manage.
After moving back to the US from Europe we were very satisfied with the service we received from White Star. Trent, Bobby, Alex, and Chandler did a great job with the entire job. They arrived on time and worked so hard (in a down-pour and intense humidity). It was a very large move, with two semis and several large…
We are so happy with the packing job Whitestar movers did for us! Andrew, Trent, Steve & Kamryn were not only professional and did a great job, but they were also very pleasant & efficient. I’d hire this crew to pack my house again. Then, on move day, we had Andrew, Trent, John & Carlos. They put my mind at ease,…
Leo, John, Josh and Andrew did a wonderful job! Thank you guys
Very dissatisfied with the service that I received with White Star Movers. I had hired White Star to pack and move my belongings from Michigan to Virginia, the last week of February in 2021 and I will say that I will never use them again. On Monday the 23rd we had a team come and pack our home up and Tuesday they…
White Star is the worst moving company I ever hired out of 12 moves. First, White Star, Mayflower and United are one company. I moved out of state and they promised a one-truck move--meaning my belongings wouldn't be moved from truck-to-truck. I found out long after the fact, through realtors in Michigan, that…
