Justin did a great job. Explained everything in detail, very well. Very happy with Whitmore Pest Control.
We appreciate your trust and support, Eric. Thanks for the great rating!
I called to schedule an appointment and the person I talked to said she would call back in few minutes to schedule. After waiting 45 minutes , I called back. I explained I had an issue with a rodent of some kind but wasn’t sure what it was. I was then told that they couldn’t address the issue and wouldn’t even come out to assess the situation. I had used Whitmore in the past to get rid of some voles. So I’m not sure what is going on with this company but very disappointed - I will no longer recommend them.
We had a subterranean yellow jacket nest in a garden wall in the backyard that we needed taken care of as we were going to host a backyard party. Called Whitmore since they had such good reviews. They were able to send Rob out within the next few hours. Rob was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took care of the wasp problem and we were able to enjoy our party without the fear of someone getting stung. Would highly recommend Whitmore (and Rob) to anybody needing Pest Control services!
