Nuala is the best! She was so pleasant to work with for our kitchen countertops. I told her what I was looking for, and she gave me different options to look at. She was knowledgeable in explaining different materials to me and what made prices fluctuate as well. It can be so overwhelming trying to pick out cabinets, countertops, and backsplash, but she made the countertop portion so easy! I would highly recommend working with Nuala at Wholesale Granite Marble & Tile (my sister and a friend have worked with her since my install). The install was great as well. The man who came to template was fast and efficient. When the crew came to install, they were clean and did a great job. The edges, caulking, and sink install all look great!

Just had our countertops installed. These guys were wonderful! Nuala was our sales rep and her communication was amazing. She always responded to our emails quickly and answered all of many questions. Our countertops were installed only a week after templating. We will definitely be recommending this company to anyone else who needs this service in the future.

I highly recommend this place!!! From start to finish it was an amazing experience. Della was super helpful and after going to six other granite places I found a great remnant of a beautiful Taj Majal Quartzite here. The price was competitive and the templating and installation were quick and well done. Working with Vinnie, Andrew, and the installation team was amazing. I couldn’t be happier! We returned to get some Vermont soapstone for another project too! Thank you!!!

My experience in doing my kitchen countertops with this company in November 2025 has been outstanding. Details follow: 1) I wanted to have granite countertops because of its heat tolerance. I also did not want to deal with stains that happen in quartz countertops due to their resin given that we cook with turmeric and oil, which easily stain the resin. I love natural stones and have been satisfied for 15 years with granite countertop in my previous kitchen. Currently, since granite countertops are deemed dated, many countertop companies retain limited choice for granites. But the supplier of Wholesale Granite & Marble, MSI, has a beautiful collection, and I was hard pressed to shortlist. MSI even sent me home with several samples which I could see in my space and check if they stain by applying turmeric, oil etc overnight. We did not have to return the samples. 2) The saleswoman at Wholesale Granite & Marble, Nuala Robertshank, is an important reason why I went with them, as I had also liked some slabs of another countertop company. She gave me prices for my layout for 6 granite slabs on the same day I had shortlisted though it was a Saturday. The other company gave me prices on Monday, which is fine, but weekend service is definitely more impressive. I typically ask many questions before I decide, which tire out some businesses, but Nuala promptly and patiently answered all my questions over 2 months. My cabinet layout repeatedly evolved, I considered whether to have backsplash, waterfall edge, explored different sizes of the overhang, creating a table top from the same slab, I had an unusual two level countertop to have a workspace. Nuala patiently gave me prices and advised me on the feasibility of each option for different slabs in my shortlist, and every time encouraged me to ask more questions. She sent me sample layouts many times with these changes. 3) Although companies typically ask for deposit right away, Nuala gave me 2 weeks to pay, which helped me align the payment with my credit card cycle. I even checked with her if I really needed to pay the deposit sooner so as not to lose the slab I had reserved, but she assured me that it is fine to wait until the date she gave. Similarly, I could pay them a week after they installed. Most of the other contractors I have dealt with insist on getting paid right after they finish their job, which is understandable, and that’s why the added flexibility distinguishes them. 4) The profiling was done exactly on the day I wanted, and the installation completed in a few days after finalizing the layout, this helped as several other tasks can be done only after countertop installation. 5) I had a hard time deciding if I should opt for backsplash with the same granite or have tiles. The slab of our choice was bold, dramatic and a statement piece. But our cabinets also had beautiful wood grains and variations. Customary wisdom suggests a muted backsplash. But I was not sure if the countertop alone would have enough space to properly display the stunning waves in our granite slab. I decided to ask Nuala for her opinion, fully understanding that it was a conflict for her as her company would do a larger business if I went for backsplash in granite. So I was impressed with her honesty when she suggested a muted tile backsplash! This tells me that she is an honest saleswoman. And she earned my complete trust at that point. 6) The initial layout they sent would not show the beautiful waves in the slab as those aligned with the location of the sink. But when pointed out they immediately redrew the layout and iterated several times until I was fully satisfied. During the installation, they were late by 30 minutes but the manager apologized profusely, which tells me how much they value customer satisfaction. A day after the installation I found a gap between the slab and the wall. When I brought this to Nuala’s attention, she sent a crew to caulk the next day first hour! All these show that they value customer satisfaction. Overall, you can’t go wrong with this company.
