Nick @ Wide Awake Coaching is amazing. From the beginning he created a wonderful environment for our son and us to feel safe, heard and able to grow. This has been a journey of ups and downs and small wins. These have allowed our son to grow in confidence, self worth, motivation and re-evaluate his goals as he changed. We have all learned how to communicate better with each other and have tools to use when we are struggling. We appreciated Nick listening to our perspective and input and pivoting when it was valuable. Having Nick on our team to guide our son while supporting us has truly allowed us all to enjoy our time together as a family again. We are so grateful to see our son growing into the man he wishes to be.

I am so grateful for the day I found information about Wide Awake and their support for young people struggling to move ahead in their life. Luke is wonderful to work with and has become someone my son and I both appreciate and learn from. He is patient, thoughtful, kind, inspiring, and filled with ideas at every turn to help us with each small step forward. The great thing about small steps is that they add up - and that’s a big deal for anyone who has ever struggled to see themselves in the future. We are so grateful to have Luke and WA in our life. As a mom, I can see the changes happening in my daughter. I see her doing her best, becoming more introspective, and learning more about herself along the way. Through this process, I’ve been growing too. Coaching has changed how I show up as a mom. I’ve learned that yelling doesn’t always help, and that sometimes the best thing I can do is let my daughter figure things out and fall on her own, while she knows her parents will always be there for her. I’ve gotten a lot better at stepping back and letting go, and it’s made a real difference at home. I even shared what I learned with my cousin, who has a teenager too, and she started using it with her own daughter. I really enjoyed having a space to vent, reflect, and try new approaches each week, and I’d recommend it to any parent of a teen. I’m learning to meet Gabby halfway, giving her the space to make her own choices while still being there to guide and support her. I no longer respond from a place of frustration. I’ve moved beyond that. I realize now that I don’t own her future. My role is not to create it for her, but to support her as she learns to carve out a future that is truly her own. Thank you Ariel! When I met Ashley she made me feel heard and understood, and that has never changed, she texts me daily asking about my day and how I felt and what I could have improved. I don’t only see her as my life coach but I also see her as my friend. She’s one of the only people that I have never felt stupid, feeling stupid is something I struggle with many days but she made me realize it was a belief I have and we work on it. She also helps me to be organized and got me an alarm clock to be on time!!!!

I am so happy we decided to work with Wide Awake coaching, from the get go, Kubby was very clear as to how the program worked and let us know we'd be working with Joe because he thought he would be the best fit for our son, Jackson. To say our son has become an overall better person because of the coaching is an understatement. I can truly see how the coaching and the exercises has brought out the best in Jackson and I'm so thankful and happy to see his light shining through in the thoughtful conversations he has with others as well as how he sees himself in the world today. I think coaching with Joe has given Jackson a bigger sense of self and has put his goals and aspirations to the forefront and his wanting to accomplish them a mainstay in his daily life. I would highly recommend this program to any parent who has a child coming into their teen years. It is very thoughtful and introspective and completely achievable. A Lifesaver, a True Mentor, and an Exceptional Coach! If I could give Joe Cadiff more than five stars, I would. Over the past seven months, Joe has been an exceptional life coach for my son, but the truth is, his incredible impact has reached our entire family. From day one, Joe was the utmost professional and an incredibly intent listener. He didn't just stick to the clock; he was always there when we needed him, making himself available for both me and my son even outside of our scheduled sessions. We were dealing with some incredibly complex family dynamics, and there were times when things looked completely bleak and progress felt painfully slow. But Joe never gave up. He consistently saw the positive in every situation and helped us keep moving forward. For my son, Joe became far more than just a life coach to keep him on task—he became a true mentor and a good friend. This has been such a great experience for me. When my parents first suggested it I wasn’t too interested. I’m so glad I gave it a chance. I even told two of my friends about it and they do it too. It’s hard to put into words how much of a positive impact Nick has had on my life. What I appreciate most is how much he tailors everything to me.
