Wilbanks Captive Bred Reptiles

Everything went smoothly

My first purchase from him was my female albino ball python. Safe to say I will be purchasing from them again! Communication was amazing, and she was packaged perfectly. Arrived here on time. Shes perfect. Cannot recommend enough.

Great store! Walked in was greeted immediately was asked if I was looking for something in specific I was just there to look and let us go but informed where things were. The main guy there had an amazing personality and super knowledgeable and the snakes there just looks absolutely stunning!!!!

Heat panels work great and are worth getting.

I could not possibly be more happy with the insane level of customer service I received. I had 1000 questions and basically wrote essays to this man and I got the most kind, well thought out thorough responses. Truly above and beyond any customer service I’ve ever received in my life. I’ve liked all the breeders I’ve gotten my snakes from but nothing has beaten my experience with this company. My snake arrived in perfect condition and is the most beautiful snake I’ve ever laid my eyes on. She’s somehow even more beautiful in person than she was in the super high quality professional photos listed of her. She’s my dream snake and I’ve waited a long time to get a blue eyed leucistic female and the wait was absolutely worth it! I can not emphasize enough how absolutely perfect she is. I will absolutely be getting more snakes from here in the future. I can’t recommend any breeder I’ve gotten any of my snakes from more highly. Thank you for making my dreams come true!!! **second purchase** I have gotten 2 more ball pythons & a chahoua gecko from Mike. They are all perfect & the experience was perfect & I can’t recommend getting animals from him more highly. 10/10 Definitely sign up for his cold blooded prime subscription too. It’s a phenomenal value especially if you’re getting multiple animals from him or plan to.

We've ordered 4 baby balls and everyone was more beautiful than the pictures. You're shipping process is awesome! Most of all, you're available to answer any and all questions we may have. Will definitely be ordering more in the future!!

First time ordering online so definitely had some reserves but our banana arrived safely and right on time. We waited a week to get him settled in before feeding. He ate right when offered. I would definitely order from here again and recommend

drove up to Wilbanks so that my wife could get her Blue Eyed Lucy meet Mike and he is a really good guy and very knowledgeable about his animals. will be going back to get another Reptile from this fellow. Highy Recommend this Business for your next stop

Great place to purchase from for beginners and experienced owners! Love Mike and will always come back just to see him

Customer service 10 out of 10. Prompt courteous super willing to help. He is almost as described and I may have a misconception as he is my first reptile but the website said he was 92 grams but when I got him and weighed him he was 76 grams not a big deal but still a discrepancy none the less. I say I may have a misconception because idk if the snake I saw on the website is actually supposed to be the one you get. All in all tho will be getting my next snake from them as well
