Jen was amazing! I am not a very pain-resistant person, so Jen put some anesthetic numbing cream on my face and the microneedling didn't hurt at all. I also got Dysport in my forehead and I didn't get bruised, she is very gentle. The Spa was extremely clean, and Jen took the time to explain every single procedure.
