I went and got microneedling for the first time and the whole staff was amazing. The front desk was very informative and helpful and the lady who did my face was the best. I reccomend this place over other places in Austin and I’m looking forward to coming back for a chemical peel . 10/10 customer service . Also the place is super clean.

Kristen is awesome! I have a membership and have seen her for several months now. I can definitely tell a difference in my skin. I tell her my concerns and she gives honest advice and suggestions and explains the differences in all their services. I've already recommended her to all my friends and family.
Jen is amazing! She is super accommodating on scheduling and always makes me feel at ease. She gets my botox right every time and I love that she follows up to make sure I'm 100% happy. Not to mention her injectables membership plan saves me so much $$$. Worth every penny!

Jen was amazing! I am not a very pain-resistant person, so Jen put some anesthetic numbing cream on my face and the microneedling didn't hurt at all. I also got Dysport in my forehead and I didn't get bruised, she is very gentle. The Spa was extremely clean, and Jen took the time to explain every single procedure. I will be going back for more treatments!
Jen is very personable and professional, explains treatments clearly and frankly, offers reasonable packages for maintenance injections and more, and I am very pleased with her recommendations and services. Highly recommended.

Great little spa! Kristen did my microneedling and she is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. I’ve had this procedure at one other spa and did not get as good of results nor the thorough instructions for aftercare that Kristen gave me. I HIGHLY recommend Wild and Bea!!!!!
