Wild Berry Tea was the perfect self-care experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, intimate, peaceful, and incredibly inviting. You immediately feel like you can relax and leave the outside world at the door.
Michelle at reception was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, attentive, and made me feel so welcomed—and she kept the mimosas coming! 🥂 That extra touch of hospitality made the experience feel even more like a true spa day rather than just a massage appointment.
Melissa, my massage therapist, was amazing. She was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. I was able to completely relax and enjoy the moment, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
I also loved all of the thoughtful details—the soft lighting, relaxing décor, beautiful tea service, and overall ambiance. Everything felt intentional and created such a cozy, elevated experience.
Between Melissa’s wonderful massage, Michelle’s hospitality (and those mimosas!), and the inviting atmosphere, Wild Berry Tea truly made my self-care day special. I will absolutely be back. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Most relaxing facial I’ve had. As soon as I was done, I wanted to get another one. The tea and treats were perfect, a great start to the facial treatment. Everything smelled fantastic. I booked the 60 min but will definitely do longer next time. I can’t wait to go back. They can book larger rooms parties and can have 6 people at time getting treatments. I called a few places around town before deciding on Wild Berry. Most places could not account 2 people at once time and wanted to schedule them one after the other instead of the same time. My only feedback is that since it was my first time, I do wish the staff was more communicative as I felt somewhat lost as to their process.
My boyfriend and I are on vacation in Jacksonville and chose Wild Berry Tea Spa for a couples massage after seeing all the great reviews. We’re so glad we did! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the tea and little cookies before our massages were such a nice touch. Our couples massages with scalp massages were amazing! My therapist really listened to what I needed, focused on the areas that needed the most attention, and checked in to make sure the pressure was comfortable. I left feeling completely relaxed. The ambiance was beautiful and peaceful, and the tea was delicious too. We would definitely come back next time we’re in Jacksonville. Highly recommend!
I was gifted a spa package for my birthday. I enjoyed the service I got, which was a facial and massage. Everyone was knowledgeable and sweet. I'd book again in the future.
I love coming here! I drive 2 hours because as soon as you walk in the door the atmosphere is relaxing. They go above and beyond every time. They just don't give you a message, they talk to you first and see how you would like it. Instead of just giving you a generic message. I loved it, will be back and we'll worth the drive.
Note: it is a vibe in the room and a bit darker than my photos. My camera made it look way lighter.
Genuinely felt like I could melt afterwards. I can't remember the last time I couldn't feel the tension in my back. They not only helped relax it but also helped it settle nicely. The staff were super nice and it was a very relaxing experience. My wife also said it is the best massage she has ever had.
