We’ve had the pleasure of working with Don & Anne-Marie Pett, property managers to our rental. I've had a great experience with Wilkinson. Wilkinson, in particular Kelly, has been very responsive to emails/maintenance requests. I've been very impressed by how fast requests are addressed and how fast questions are answered.

We first found Wilkenson Property Management in 2019 when we learned my husband’s job would move us out of country for a couple years. We wanted to continue owing our home but knew we couldn’t assume the responsibility of being landlords long distance so we were referred to Wilkenson by our relator.
For the last We have been satisfied with the level of care that’s been put into finding dependable renters both times we’ve rented our home, the open communication about any maintenance the property requires, the ease of collecting rent each month and the overall care of our home in our absence.
It is reassuring to know that our property is in good hands even in our absence and that when issues do arise we are promptly informed of them and they are addressed in a very timely manner.
We’d recommend Wilkenson Property Management to anyone looking to offload the responsibility of management to a dependable company.

The Property managers have always been very responsive to any repair requests, even on weekends. Never had an issue with renting through them. The convenience of paying rent with AppFolio is awesome.

This is my first apartment and I’m giving it 5 stars. It’s a very nice location, the landlords get back to you very quickly, and the routine maintenance people are a delight. The process for leasing and renewing leases are very simple and quick and it’s just an all around great place to be. No stress over here! And the neighbors are great as well, of course.
