We received the same day service! I couldn't find anyone to remove some of our broken furniture and junk, I was recommended to call Willamette Valley junk removal by our realtor. Great communication and very competitive price. Highly recommended to anyone
Could not have made getting rid of my broken hot tub any easier. Worked quickly but with attention to making sure they did not damage my house or yard. No mess left behind. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone.
WV Junk Removal does an outstanding job of customer service and helped me clean out large furniture items in my house that I couldn't carry down the stairs or have a truck to take them to donate or trash. Chris and Kari are a truly dynamic team! They were on-time and even called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They showed up with warm greetings and got right to work. We scheduled 3 different companies to come out and haul our junk. We cancelled the other 2 and chose WV junk removal based on 1. Their many good reviews. 2. They are a local owned family small-business. 3. The price is more reasonable than the national franchises. We are very glad we found them! Chris and Kari…
The owners were easy to communicate with, on time, on budget and most importantly, they did an outstanding job.
If I could give more than 5 stars for this company I would. They were so easy to work with. Carrie was so polite and professional on the phone that I instantly felt comfortable moving forward. Chris and Kari are amazing!!! They were so efficient!! They hauled away my basement full of stuff, my old washing broken machine, and some old furniture so quickly I couldn’t believe it. Chris and Kari are wonderful to work with. They take on a super mess and clean it out quickly without making you feel judged for all the junk you've collected and finally realized you don't want. They were a huge help with my downsizing efforts!
