William Mattar Buffalo Accident Lawyers at a glance
Reviewers frequently cite clear communication, professional handling of paperwork, and consistent updates as key aspects of the personal injury services provided. The firm's community outreach, specifically pencil donations to local schools, receives significant positive attention. However, a recurring criticism in lower-rated reviews involves difficulty reaching staff, perceived delays in case progression, or instances where clients reported being dropped after an initial period of engagement.

I am so impressed with William Mattar’s Touchdown for Hope campaign! He gives $4,444 to Build Promise, a wonderful mission, every time Cook III makes a touchdown. Thank you William.

Thanks, Wendy! We hope Cook has a fantastic season and that our campaign will inspire others to donate, volunteer and support the great work that Build Promise does with their community center, health and job counseling services, and overnight shelter. It's a place for our neighbors to find hope.
I always tell people to not call Mattar, I was dating a woman who was run over by a truck in her employers parking lot, Seneca gaming and entertainment Irving. She had broken bones and permanent facial scarring among other things. They were extremely difficult to reach and speak to, they only offered a $6,000 settlement and for some reason she accepted it. We had to drive out to Buffalo and play a bunch of phone tag just to get her check. If you’re reading this please do not contact Mattar or any other “big” law firm for your injury claims.
