William really exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend his services.
Thank you Ray, for the kind words and for taking the time out of your day to recommend us. It means a lot to us as a business and it means a lot to the team. Have a wonderful day.
William, Tabetha, Jorge and their team were amazing from start to finish. As architects one our biggest struggles is managing client expectations and William is a true master of the craft. Despite being incredibly busy with many other projects, a move, and a new baby, William was flexible with our schedule, responsive, and gave us realistic timelines that we could schedule other subcontractors around. Everyone on the team is super respectful and brightened the stressful experience of a remodel. We felt like we had a wholesome group of people at the house everyday who cared about what they were doing. Even when we needed other subcontractors, William had great recommendations that meshed well with his ethos. If that wasn't enough, their work speaks for itself. We love our new floors and all the precise work underneath to make them work in an old unlevel house. We will be recommending William's team to all our clients.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. It was such a great pleasure working with you guys. We are so happy you love your floors. Reach out anytime should you need anything else. Thank you!! ~Tabetha
William and Tabetha are amazing. My wife and I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to check out flooring options and Tabetha was a huge help in talking through options, timing, and pricing to get us started. The selection of floors in store is huge, and William was able to get to work and do our whole house in 1.5 weeks. We had a tri-level so that included stairs, restaining our handrails, baseboards + paint, and even helped us on a random project we had for our fireplace. We got another quote from another vendor and there was no competition. William was able to provide flooring materials that were much more to our taste, at a higher spec (AC5 vs AC4), and included much more thorough work (a complete demo vs partial, handrails, and others) that the other vendor either didn't include and/or wasn't able to do.
Thank you so much, David! It was truly a pleasure working with both of you. Congratulations again on your new home—we’re honored to have been a part of your remodel and to help bring your vision to life. We sincerely appreciate your kind words and support. ~Tabetha
William, Jorge, and the team deliver it all—great communication, fair pricing, honesty, and a great result. It’s the second time we have used them (new floor and refinish). A+ team!

We purchased our laminate flooring here and worked with Tabitha. Tabitha was absolutely amazing to work with. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and enjoyable. Her experience and knowledge truly showed—she had such great input and helped guide us in choosing the perfect color and type of flooring. What really stood out was her ability to understand exactly what I was envisioning, even when I couldn’t quite put it into words. She somehow described and brought to life what I was thinking better than I could myself. She had so much patience working with us as we had multiple lengthy visits helping and talking through our decisions. Tabitha’s customer service was exceptional—she’s kind, relatable, and always available to help. She even went out of her way to find the specific flooring we wanted when it seemed impossible to get, and she made it happen! She truly had our best interests in mind when it came to both quality and price. Working with Tabitha was a special and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend William Ruiz Hardwood Floors to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers outstanding results.

Very professional, on time. Had a great experience. I only needed 1 bedroom done & the floor matched perfectly with my hall way. I would hire them again.

Thank you so much Judy and Bernie. Talk about falling in love with a house, your home is truly a beauty and that view is so great to spend work days looking at. Thank you for so much hospitality and the amazing laughs. It was truly our pleasure.
Work was done on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality. Would definitely recommend!
Jeff it was so great working along side you for your project. Thank you for the support and great words!
Bring back the old days! Willam does exactly that. Honest man, honest workers, and honest pricing. The details are impressive (casing, baseboard, etc.) and the prep for installation was done to perfection. The outcome is a beautiful new floor. Tabetha was communicative and professional. I’ll use Willam and the team again.
Steven, thank you so much for such an amazing review. Thank you for taking the time to show support to us as a small business. It means a great deal and the teams truly love hearing it. We wish you the absolute best.
We recently had our bedroom hardwood floors refinished by William Ruiz Hardwood Floors and had a great experience from start to finish. William came out quickly to give us a quote—he was professional, gave us a fair price (not the cheapest, not the most expensive), and his timeline worked perfectly with our schedule. They tore out our old carpet and got right to work on the floors. It was a 3-day job, and they completed it right on time. William’s workers, Saul and another technician whose name I didn’t catch, showed up promptly each day and were respectful of our home. The work was done well, but when one part of the floor didn’t come out quite right, William didn’t hesitate—he drove an hour and a half from another job just to take a look. He assured us he would make it right and that we’d be completely happy—and he delivered. The floors look fantastic now, and we couldn’t be happier. It’s rare to find this level of dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend William Ruiz Hardwood Floors if you're looking for a team that stands by their work!
