We have been doing business with this company for 30 years. They initially came for a termite problem and we have had them come every year since for an annual inspection. We have also used them for any other issues we've had - ants, spiders, and one unfortunate incident where a visitor brought cockroaches into our home. Every person we spoke with has always been professional, responsive, friendly and helpful! Always great service; we will never go anywhere else.

Called for hornet nest removal; when they came (a day later than promised) the nest was not completely destroyed nor all hornets killed. After two days I purchased a good product and easily completed the job myself. When I called to complain and asked for the bill to be adjusted, the person(who was the owner) agreed to the void the bill, but then snarled at me, saying I had "wasted enough of their time", complained I didn't call sooner (even though I called two times previously) and again said I'd wasted enough of their time and hung up on me. You decide if this is someone you want to do business with.

I called and spoke with a knowledgeable person who was friendly and answered all my questions. The technician showed up that day and took care of the yellowjacket nest I noticed and in addition he located another and took care of it as well. Amazing same day service at a reasonable price by pleasant people. Highly recommend
