Review from Google · view on GoogleI ordered flowers from them asked to send a picture before delivering the lady that took the order was nice and helpful, the day of the text the pic but then when I was at the service we don’t see the flowers so I call them first they said it was delivered when I said well I don’t see it, she said let me check she comes back and say yes the driver delivered your flowers at the wrong place we are sorry and there is nothing we can do, I was like what do you mean have the driver pick it up and deliver it at the right place she said sorry we can’t and we can make you another one and send to the house. the service I was at was my friend’s dad and was so important for me. I just don’t understand how you are so careless and deliver to a wrong address. Not ok.

My boyfriend’s grandmother passed away suddenly, so I ordered flowers and specifically selected a 5 PM delivery time when I knew he would be home. Instead, they were delivered around 10 AM and left outside for hours. I called the store because I was concerned about the flowers sitting in the heat and was reassured they would be fine. Unfortunately, when my boyfriend got home, the flowers were visibly sunburnt and damaged. If specific delivery times are offered on the website, they should be honored..especially for something as meaningful as sympathy flowers. I expected much more care and consideration.

Hello Kayla, we are sorry this experience added stress during an already difficult time. Please accept our condolences for your boyfriends loss. As we discussed by phone before delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times for residential orders. The "Service time" field on our website is to indicate when a funeral service begins, rather than select a residential delivery appointment. Your requested delivery time of 5:30 was also outside our Saturday hours, which end at 2pm. We apologize for any confusion surrounding that field. We understand your concern about the plant being left outside and are sorry to see the damage shown in your photo. We would be happy to exchange it for a fresh plant and coordinate a date when someone can receive it. If you would like to do so, please contact the shop so we can arrange the replacement and make this right.
