Amazing experience. Brilliant teachers. Such a fun day.
Thank you, Carey, for your fantastic review—your words about our brilliant instructors and the joyful day mean the world to us!
We were told two hours before our ride that it was cancelled due to trail maintenance. Maintenance isn’t something you find out about two hours before an appointment - it’s planned. Be better.
Unfortunately, this place has some consistent scheduling and communication issues going on. They asked us to reschedule TWICE. The first time, we were given notice a few hours beforehand (not great, but we let it pass) but the second time, they only gave us 20 minutes notice. At this point, we’d already driven an hour towards the location and were nearly there. They’d also given us the wrong address initially, which we luckily noticed. We were really looking forward to the experience, but they need to work on their operations.
You’ll love the people and the horses. Lots of fun for the whole family!
