Customers frequently praise the thoroughness of inspections, punctuality, and the clarity of detailed reports delivered promptly. Positive feedback highlights professional communication and willingness to accommodate short-notice requests. However, several low-star reviews criticize the company for sharing client contact information with third-party sales vendors, leading to unwanted calls. Additionally, some reviewers allege that inspectors failed to identify obvious structural issues or performed incomplete checks on specific areas like crawl spaces.

Very satisfied with the overall inspection experience. Professional, thorough, and easy to work with. I look forward to working together again on future transactions.

Gil was great for our house new house inspection. Was very informative and took him time.
Gil is great! My clients have great things to say about him. Professional and kind.
Gil did a very thorough home inspection and was able to give me a run down via FaceTime. The report came out in less than 12 hours and was extremely detailed and easy to understand. Highly recommend!
Punctual and very knowoledgable
Gil was exceptional! Very thorough and explained everything he was going to do! He showed up on time and had the report done the same day. Gil was very thoughtful and respectful with our new build house and put on shoe coverings without us having to ask him to do so. He was also very friendly with all of our fur babies and took an infrared picture of one of the cats. Highly recommend Gil and will be booking him again for our 1-year inspection before our warranty is up! We can’t thank Gil enough for all of his hard work!
cannot recommend our home inspector highly enough! From the very beginning, he was incredibly thorough and professional. He took his time walking through the entire property with us, and we never once felt like he was in a rush to move on to his next appointment. He was excellent at communicating his findings, taking the time to explain everything clearly so we fully understood the condition of our new home. His final report was exceptionally detailed and well-organized, which made the entire process so much easier. Because he was so precise in identifying the issues, we were able to get almost all of the necessary repairs addressed immediately before moving in. If you are looking for an inspector who is knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about the quality of his work, look no further. This was a stress-free experience from start to finish!
