At the end of the inspection, they presented the list of discovered items in detail as they walked me through the home. After the inspection it was very easy to use their website to get a copy of all of the docs. I will definitely be working with them again for future home inspection needs.

We compared all three options, and there were several things that stood out about WIN: 1. Their example report was better organized, with clear notations on what they recommended be fixed, whether the item was out of compliance with standards or just something they thought needed repairing and the reasons why. 2. They had a lot of additional tests that were easy to add onto the standard home inspection. We had multiple other tests we were interested in since we are new to Utah, and also have some health considerations when it comes to mold and toxins. It was very easy to see what they provided and even easier to add these to our invoice as we checked out online. 3. Additionally, they were easy to contact, quick to respond and were diligent about getting the multitude of tests done within the allotted timeframe for our due diligence process, especially considering we requested some tests that took several days to complete. Lastly, I made an error when paying for the tests online, and they were quick to help resolve that, always answering my emails and calls, and following up quickly. I would recommend James and John to anyone needing home inspection services!
