Marin was amazing, patient, and did a fantastic job. He replaced a window sash on a tri-fold window and adjusted multiple doors around our house. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Window Crafters did a fantastic job restoring the vintage Andersen windows at our family's Newport Beach home. These are older units with hard to find hardware, and the team sourced and replaced the roto operators, cranks, and locks across the house. From the first site visit through the install, the communication was excellent. Raymond, Jamie, and James were responsive and patient as we worked through scope and timing, and James came back out to verify every detail before the parts were ordered so nothing came in wrong. The crew was professional, careful in every room, and finished a full day ahead of schedule. The windows operate like new. If you have older Andersen windows that others say cannot be fixed, these are the people to call. Highly recommend.

Our fixed panel of our multi panel sliding door system came apart from the frame. They were responsive and came out very quickly. They fixed it immediately and made sure everything was in perfect order before leaving. Highly recommend!
