Customers frequently praise the store for its knowledgeable staff, competitive pricing, and professional installation of custom blinds, shutters, and drapes. Reviewers highlight the ease of working with the team, quick turnaround times, and the ability to fit specific design needs within budget. However, low-star reviews indicate recurring issues with post-purchase communication, specifically regarding unreturned calls for estimates, refund processing delays, and disputes over warranty coverage for defective products.

Thank You so much for the kind words! We appreciate you trusting Window Decor & More
I called and got information about the new blinds I wanted. Met in the store with someone and chose two types of blinds. I left awaiting an estimate or someone to come measure. I never heard back. I guess they have bigger jobs and I was not beneficial to them. I went with someone else. I at least wanted an estimate.
