Ali came out to assess a leaky window and quickly found the problem — the weep holes (which let water drain out) were closed up. He explained the fix clearly and even had a backup plan ready in case it didn’t fully solve the leak. Professional, thorough, and reassuring — highly recommend.

I went with this because they were $100 cheaper per sash than the other company, and they had so many great reviews. They did 7 windows. The windows weren’t fully repaired. I asked them to come back. I wasn’t home at the time. They said they would come back and didn’t show. Now I am calling the other company to come back and redo the job that this company did not do. It has been a time drain. They got an extra star for being polite.

All positive experience with Window Repair Group Inc. Ali came out to my condo to repair a window the same day that I called. He even took off his shoes which is a big deal for me. It took him less than an hour to repair the window and did a fantastic job. Thank you Ali great job!!! I will definitely refer you!!! I was impressed!

The rep came out on day one and took pictures and measurements of fogged patio glass door. Few days later they came and replaced the glass. It took them less than an hour which included setup, installation and clean up afterwards. They also fixed my patio door rollers and now the door slides open like new if not better. Both technicians were very knowledgeable, efficient and were very personable. I would and will recommend this guy to anyone who need to replace of fogged windows or any other window work. And I will use them again if needed. They were very responsive and their pricing is competitive.

We utilize this company for a building I manage, to replace any glass that gets cracked, moisture entry, damaged track parts, etc and it’s a smooth process every single time! The gentleman that comes to the building arrives when scheduled, is communicative of any ordering delays, friendly to our residents and completes the work quickly/cleanly. I would highly recommend them and we will continue to make them our first call!

Ali did a fantastic job fixing our Marvin window. Broken shoe and balance tube after many years of cleaning both sides of the window and opening / closing it. Professional , prompt , thorough, reasonable price . He knows it all. Has contact with glass factory if need that too. Can’t DIY these things- call a professional - Ali !

My HOA hired these folks to fix a window between the 2nd and 3rd floors where the glass was separating from the wooden frame. They were EXCELLENT and professional communicators (I work with a lot of repair people) and showed up within a reasonable 2-hour window for both the quote and the repair. They left the repair area tidy after they fixed everything. The price was also fair; they reattached the glass to the frame and recaulked the outside of the window. Would definitely use them again for future repairs. As a board member, I cannot express how much I appreciate clear and professional communication about timing and doing what you say you'll do, for a fair price. Thank you so much!

I had some casement windows that wouldn't close. I contacted them, they came out a few days later, and in half an hour...problem solved. Very happy with the work, the price, and the customer service. Highly recommend!!
