Window Well Supply was fantastic! Very clear communication and I appreciated how thorough they were with dimensions on photos as our well isn't exactly square. We'll be using them for our remaining 3 window wells!

Recently replaced basement windows and decided it was time to purchase covers. Due to the size of the window wells, this wasn't an "off the shelf" project. Window Well Supply was able to provide covers to the exact specifications I needed, and probably much stronger than a typical store bought cover, at a reasonable price. They also provided a helpful "double check" of the measurements to ensure the products I ordered fit my application and the support number was answered quickly when I called with a question about installation. I would recommend considering or speaking with someone from Window Well Supply to find the right fit for your windows if you are in a similar situation or are on the fence about how to proceed.

This company was one of the best online companies I have ever worked with. They did exactly what they said they would do when they said to do it. We originally an full window cover atrium cover but turns out the slope was incorrect and water beaded on top. Called them up, they went back and reviewed the drawings and determined that the slope could have been steeper. In the end, we changed the design to a much lower unit not covering the entire window and it is perfect. Most importantly, the company did not ask questions or argue they simply made the new atrium and shipped it out overnight - no questions asked, now that's a real company!

Customer service is excellent! I had ordered hardware kits for my covers and soon to find out they come with kits. Sales rep reached out to me (through email and voicemail) before finalizing order to make sure if I needed all that hardware. They took it off the order before they shipped the covers and got refunded promptly. Honest company!

The quality of these window well covers are very high, and they make a variety of hard to find sizes. Customer service was excellent and fast as well; would recommend this business' products.
