They exceeded our expectations and followed through with their lifetime replacement promise after our windows spotted and rainbowed in between the panes. Ive referred window world to at LEAST 10-15 family and friend members. Many of them took my advice and pursued window world. And just today I referred 3 others after experiencing their replacement policy. My friend paid over $17k for the worst experience of his life. He didnt have near as many windows as I did and mine are side sliders plus privacy bathroom windows and Ipaid less than $6k!! He fought for over a year and finally came to an agreeable situation with them and their terrible situation. Window World is the only window company I will refer to anyone I hear that needs windows! I can’t say enough good things about this company. From the day they came out to do the estimate, to the day the did the install, everything was super smooth. Communication was top notch and I can’t believe how quickly they replaced all the windows and door at our house. Everything was left exactly (if not better) than they found it and the windows look so good!! Highly recommend them to anyone

Jimmy with Window World did a great job of reinstalling our windows. We had a warranty claim, unfortunately, but Window World did what was right and took care of it. Lifetime warranty is a great thing to have!

Communicated arrival time, communicated what was needed - ie move potted plants, home decor by the window on inside of house, worked efficiently and cleanly, cleaned thoroughly after project completion.
