I didn't think I would be this excited by windows. I knew contacting Window World would be one of the costlier options, and as such, my expectations were that the windows (approx. 6'x4') would fit properly and be of superior quality, that the service technicians would be experts in their trade, and that I would be happy with the results. All these expectations were exceeded. Everyone I encountered, from the call taker to Clay who did the design consultant walkthrough and was very kind and patient with a couple of old folks, to the installers, was simply the best. I really love these windows — my thoughts went from "should we" to now looking around and running numbers about replacing others. Highly recommended.

Window World was excellent. Replaced all the windows on the back of my house. They were quick, professional and had good communication. Windows look incredible. Will be using them again when we do the front windows.

I live on Lake Harding and my windows are over 30 years old. The window look was perfect for my house. Daniel and Matt were skilled, efficient and professional. I was pleased with the product and the price. I will definitely be doing more windows. I had 8 replaced only potentially 13 more to go. I think you should clean up after the windows installed, also clean the windows. I had to clean the windows, vacuum My carpet all in both rooms and clean the windows In both rooms, fingerprint, tag film Other than that, they did a good job.But I had to do too much work Myself.
