Thank you for the review, Courtney! It was so nice meeting you and getting your piano back in shape. Enjoy the fresh tune and I’ll see you next year!
Would wholeheartedly recommend.
Thanks for the kind words and review, Ken! I really enjoyed meeting you and working on that beautiful piano of yours. I hope you enjoy the fresh tuning!
In my lifetime I've had many pianos, but only two exceptional technicians, the first was many years ago, his name was Ben and has, since passed...the second is Justin Swain. Today, as always, he did an amazing tuning job, not only do individual notes sound perfect but the entire instrument as it relates octave to octave. He definitely put in an 88 Key smile on my piano, and I'm happy to have him as my technician.
What a kind thing to say! It’s been a pleasure making your piano sing and I’m so glad you’re pleased. Thanks for the review!
Great service. Will use again.
Thank you for the review, Eunice!
Justin did an amazing job on our piano. It hadn’t been tuned in at least 30 years and needed lots of attention. He thoroughly cleaned it, made needed repairs, and tuned it. He arrived promptly and is very professional, conscientious and courteous. I highly recommend him!

Prompt and professional piano service. We have a 100+ year old Steinway and it's sounding better than it has in years. Thank you.
Thanks for the review, Scott! Your old Steinway still has many more years of beautiful music in it. Glad to get it back in shape for you!

Such a kind review, Julie. Thank you so much! I enjoyed working on your piano and appreciated you sharing its back story. Enjoy and I’ll see you again at the next tuning! 🎹
Justin was amazing! He was responsive leading up to the appointment. He showed up on time. He explained what he was doing and that made me feel at ease and comfortable. He worked hard the whole time. I am thrilled he was able to bring life back into our piano. Thank you Justin!
