Really good communication and super reliable
Spent over $400 on screen repairs and they’ve been glitching and turning off and on. Owner was not helpful at all. Do not recommend!! Save your money!!
Hi Gustavo and Maritza, we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. However we would like to clarify the situation for those reading. You came to us with a broken iPad 10th generation and iPhone 16 Pro Max. We successfully replaced both screens and charged you $200 for each, as discussed. Like all our repair, your devices were covered our 30-day warranty. When later you reported an issue with the iPhone screen we immediately offered to replace it free of charge under warranty. You declined the replacement and instead requested a refund stating your insurance had sent you a new phone. While our clearly posted policy stated no refunds, we still try to be accommodating. You offered to pay $50 for the work we had done and we agreed. We removed the new screen reinstalled your old screen and refunded you $150. It’s disappointing to see a one star review after we honored our warranty and still went above and beyond by issuing, a partial refund, even though we were not required to do so. We value all our customers and always aim to resolve issues fairly and professionally. If you have any further concern, you are welcome to contact us directly thank you.
