The loading crew moved efficiently and paid close attention to what I wanted loaded first. I was very pleased.
Miguel handled getting the proper items unloaded where I am staying and the rest to my storage unit

Brandon and Pierce are AWESOME! They are professional, courteous and personable. More importantly they were communicative asked questions, worked efficiently together and took great care in handling my items. Bottomline, Brandon and Pierce were a pleasure to work with and represent Wicks Moving and Storage well. I highly recommend and would use this company again.

I’ve got THE SLOWEST MOVERS EVER. They were barely walking taking only few items at a time instead of loading full elevator and moving everything at once. One of them didn’t know what to do without the other and was just standing there most of the time doing nothing. The other guy went to the truck to pick up some tools he didn’t needed and disappeared for another 15 minutes.
When I booked their service I mentioned multiple times loading dock height is 12’ and they have to bring smaller truck. They arrived with big truck that doesn’t fit and had to park across the street smh.
It was a small move from one apartment to another and could be done at least twice faster.
Everything was prepared to just grab and go, no packing needed and they wasted time as much as possible taking their empty boxes back and forth.
When I lost my patience and showed my frustration they finally start moving.
It’s defiantly overpriced and they will do anything to stretch their time to charge you more for very disappointing service that added a lot of stress to my move!

Your move was estimated at approximately three hours and was completed about 30 minutes beyond that estimate. Initially because I only had 1 bedroom plus household accessories I was quoted max of 3 hours. Which would be what I budgeted for. Because the movers were slow It turned out the move took 5 hours & that's not what I expected, and in all honesty that's not the major problem. The major problem is they packed all my boxes in the back of my storage & put the large furniture in front of my boxes. So when I needed to go in to my boxes, I cannot get to them. I called Wirks three times to see if they could either send someone to make a way for me to get to my boxes & they said they would call back but never did. I finally spoke to one more customer rep who after an entire day, she finally said they refuse to help me. I had to hire more movers to come & rearrange my storage so I could get to my boxes. Double pay! I have to move into my new home in a few months. And before this awful reaction I had planned on using this company. But I will not & very dissatisfied with their unwillingness to help me & at the very least meet me half way
