I had a great experience with Wisconsin Natural Air Duct Cleaning. Although I wasn’t able to meet Jeff in person, he was excellent to work with over the phone. He kept me updated throughout the entire job with text messages and photos, so I always knew how the work was progressing.
Jeff went above and beyond from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything. He was extremely thorough, made sure everything was cleaned properly, and treated my home with care and respect.
It’s clear that Jeff takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Wisconsin Natural Air Duct Cleaning, and if you have the chance to work with Jeff, you’re in great hands!

Fantastic service! The technician discovered that my dryer vent was broken and didn’t just clean it—he completely redid the vent system, even cutting out part of a shelf that was in the way. He went above and beyond and didn’t charge extra. Highly recommend. I will be using them for my dryer vent cleaning in the future and whole house vent cleaning was well.

Jeremy did a great job explaining what he had to do and completing the project. He was very professional, showed before and after photos and I can already notice less dust. He also came the day after I called just to clear my dryer vent to prevent fire risk. Highly recommend!

Tricia Thank you for sharing your experience with Jeremy. He is outstanding. Enjoy the clean air!
Won't hire again. Employee forgot his shop vac, forgot to plug in several holes which I had to point out. Took me an hour to clean up his mess with small metal shards everywhere. He also was not professional in any way.

Matt your story is false. The technician explained to you about the vacuum situation. Offered to drive 45 minuets one way and back to clean up your basement. We do this everyday things sometimes are forgotten. We also know how dirty the basement gets from this process. We wouldnt leave the mess behind without explaining everything to you and offering to clean it up. That is not how we operate here, so whats the deal?
Jeremy did a complete cleaning of our entire 2,400 sq ft home- amazing! Professional, generous, and very kind guy. He was on time, very thoughtful- explaining the process and showing pictures as he went and was very courteous of our home and pets. Hands-down Jeremy deserves every penny and review I’m sure he has! Thank you!

Thank you Kelsey for sharing your experience with Jeremy. He is outstanding and you are helping spread the word! Enjoy the clean air!
Had WI Natural Air Duct Cleaning clean the HVAC system on a recently purchased home in Appleton. The home is a quad-level, and their employee Jeremy said it was one of the most challenging homes he's ever done. He did a great job figuring out the puzzle of my air ducts and I learned a lot about my house. The stinky smell from my air ducts is totally gone! Air duct cleaning is well worth the cost and we will be using this company again in the future.

Youre Welcome Spencer happy to help, Enjoy the clean air!
Dryer Air Duct Cleaning and Remediation... I would give this business 10+ stars if I could. Josiah, the small business owner, is the best. Extremely timely. Efficient. Friendly. Very reasonable pricing...not very often do we want to pay a service company more than what they requested. Josiah even did extra work without a price increase. We support this business 100%. Please do the same!
Josiah came on a Sunday. We had just replaced our furnace and wanted the ducts cleaned pretty soon. So this was the only day available. I checked with one other duct cleaner and they were booking out to the end of November!
