We worked with Jordan Barnhart and he was absolutely exceptional. Jordan was knowledgeable, a great listener, and extremely responsive. We are not experienced home buyers and Jordan walked us through everything making sure we could make informed decisions. He cared for us with integrity and a genuine connection to our family. We found the home that was perfect for our family almost immediately. Unfortunately, due to our preapproval taking longer than anticipated, we lost out to another buyer by just a few hours. Jordan walked us through how to quickly submit a backup offer. While we waited he showed us other homes that might work for us, but none captured our hearts like the first one. A couple of weeks later our backup offer was accepted!! Jordan was as excited, if not more excited for us than we were. We are getting settled into our new home and so beyond grateful to Jordan. We would not be here if it were not for him. I genuinely and enthusiastically Jordan.
