Wise Builders

Great experience working with this contractor. The team was professional, communicated clearly, and paid attention to the details. The work was completed with care, and the overall process was smooth. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable contracting services.

We recently hired Wise Builders for a two-bathroom remodel, and the results are fantastic. Everything came out looking great and functions perfectly! A huge thank you to our project manager, Allen, who did an amazing job keeping everything organized and running smoothly. The entire crew was a pleasure to work with—a special shoutout to Johan (their master plumber and electrician) and his brother for their outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. Like most major remodels, there were a few unexpected delays along the way, but almost all of them were completely out of their control. What impressed me most was their dedication: the team worked tirelessly, including weekends, to make up for lost time and keep us on schedule. We were also thrilled with their designer, Emanuele, who was incredible to work with. He helped guide us through color schemes and design choices, and his vision really brought the spaces to life. On top of the bathrooms, we decided last-minute to have them replace the cracking tile in our entranceway. They knocked it out incredibly fast, and they did a great job containing dust and keeping the work areas clean throughout the process. I highly recommend Wise Builders to anyone looking for quality work, clear communication, and a hardworking team. Thank you, Wise Builders!

Our experience with Wise Builders was excellent - with the Project Manager providing us with daily updates, concise communication and many onsite visits and with a sense of humor - keeping the remodel of our bathroom on schedule. A thank you to the special craftsmen who were also top drawer from beginning to end - efficient and effective in gutting the old bathroom, installation of the tub, vanity and countertop, toilet, tile, window, plumbing and electrical - with attention to detail. This transformation to our main bathroom is absolutely stunning.

We chose Wise Builders because they handle everything, and it was absolutely the right decision. Our program manager, Aaron, and his assistant, Alex, were outstanding. They are honest, forthcoming, and patient, and their communication was fantastic throughout the entire project as they worked diligently to keep everything on track. Of course, with a full home remodel there are always unforeseen problems. When we hit a major delay due to the HVAC subcontractor, Aaron and Alex worked incredibly hard to resolve the issues and advocate for us. Even though those HVAC problems cost us about six weeks, the overall project still came in right on schedule. Our kitchen designer, Michele, was fantastic and brought our vision to life perfectly, and the bathrooms were designed beautifully as well. The crew—Angel, Asher, Enrique, and Donato—were professional, hard-working, and a pleasure to have in our home. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Wise Builders for their full-service approach and excellent problem-solving.

We recently started our remodeling project with Wise Builders, and so far the experience has been amazing! Our PM Rebeka, has made the entire process feel easy and organized from the very beginning. She’s responsive, knowledgeable, and has been great about walking us through each step and answering all of our questions. Will update once we finish our project.

We had a fantastic experience with Wise Builders on our bathroom remodel last year so when it came time for a much larger project of a complete kitchen and powder room remodel, we knew we wanted to work with them again. The project turned out beautifully. We had the pleasure of working with Michael Gupol (project manager), Johan (foreman), and their team of skilled craftsmen. My wife and I are thrilled with our dream kitchen. It is absolutely beautiful, highly functional, and exactly what we envisioned. Michael did an excellent planning, scheduling, and making sure everything progressed smoothly from start to finish. Johan and his team did superb work including the flooring, cabinet installation, appliance installation, stonework, and electrical upgrades. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. We did have one small issue with the backsplash installation, but what impressed me most was how Wise Builders handled it. They addressed it immediately and went well above and beyond what I expected to make things right. That experience gave me even greater confidence in their commitment to their customers. I am extremely impressed with Wise Builders’ integrity, quality of workmanship, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction. After two successful remodeling projects with them, I would highly recommend Wise Builders.

We decided we needed to remodel our kitchen. We have lived in our house for over 40 years. We did a minor remodel in 2000, but it was definitely time to update the kitchen. We did a full remodel, except for the floors which were part of the downstairs hardwood floors. We were concerned about aging in place. It was important to us to have cabinets and drawers that met our needs. We worked with Michael. He was very good about guiding us through the process. It is an intense few weeks picking out cabinets, fixtures, appliances, etc. But after that there are only another hundred or so decisions to be made. We're realistic here. For example, do you want your cabinet handles here or here or someplace else. Once we got started with the remodel, it was a dusty few weeks. However, Juan and his helper, came right in and worked hard. Juan is the kind of person you want to do the hard work of remodeling. He is easy to work with. He wants to make sure that you are satisfied with what is being done. He is competent, kind, efficient. He doesn't slack off. One day when he had finished what he was supposed to get done that day, he looked around to find other things to do before his normal quitting time. They cleaned up after every day's work. He added little touches that make a big difference. Michael was good about checking in with us and with Juan to make sure the project ran smoothly and in a timely fashion. One very smart thing that Wise does is to book the City permit inspections as quickly as possible, and looks for cancellations so that you aren't hanging waiting for the job to go forward because the inspection needs to be done. We had two minor glitches - one a sink arrived damaged and had to be replaced. And the city inspector wanted one type of tape on the duct work and Juan used another kind. But Juan had the kind of tape inspector wanted on hand. Juan retaped the duct with the specified tape. Because Wise had prebooked the follow up inspection, it only delayed the permit by two days instead of the several weeks wait time at the City. After the remodel was completed, we did a thorough inspection of what had been missed. There were only a couple of minor things that could be fixed in a few minutes. But there was one item that was bigger. The wood floors by the sliding doors had part of the finish removed. We thought it might have been partly due to the tape that was put down to protect floors picking up the finish on some sun damaged planks. Wise thought the finish might have been damaged on the sun damaged planks before the tape was put down. However, Michael just said that it would be taken care of and Juan replaced the few planks that were damaged. Wise did not quibble, argue or complain about this. It just did the work to our satisfaction without extra cost. You may be wondering about the cost. Wise Builders won't be the cheapest remodeler you will find. But the attitude of above and beyond is worth the extra cost. We didn't have to worry about the permits, minor change orders, incompetent workmen, delays, etc. When we thought about the whole process, we felt the price was worth it and a good value.

I am very delayed in posting this review but I definitely wanted to get around to it because we could not be happier with our bathroom remodel. We went from a Jacuzzi bathtub that we never used and a cramped single stall shower to a spacious, dual head, walk in shower. Marc and his team were very professional and we really appreciated how communicative they were throughout the process. We had to deal with some HOA bumps but wise builders was so flexible in dealing with the delays. They did an amazing job on our bathroom! We had some more unique requests in our style choices and they were open to it all! We also loved working with our designer Jocelyn! She really helped guide us through bringing our vision to life. Now that we have lived with our new bathroom for a few months we wouldn't change a thing!

Wise did a great job remodeling our guest bathroom. They will assign you a project lead to coordinate all the aspects of the project from design through installation. Our project lead did a great job communicating with us throughout the various stages of the project (about price, scope of work, etc.) and was responsive anytime we had questions or concerns. At the end of the project, we had some concerns with the tiling in the shower and a few other finishing touches. The team immediately worked on fixing the issues and did it at no additional cost. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the bathroom, and we are so appreciative of how they handled it.

I had my kitchen remodeled by Wise Builders, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, organized, and easy to work with throughout the entire project. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and the final result completely transformed my kitchen. Everything was completed with great attention to detail, and the project stayed on track the whole time. I’m very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Wise Builders to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled remodeling company.
