Customers frequently praise the company for rapid response times, same-day availability, and reasonable pricing for repairs on washing machines, dryers, and HVAC systems. Reviewers note that technicians communicate clearly about costs and avoid unnecessary upselling. However, lower-rated feedback highlights issues with the used appliance inventory, including limited selection, items arriving broken, and a lack of refunds or exchanges.

I highly recommend Wise Choice Services. I was able to get same day service at a very reasonable price. Mohammed was very professional. He did not upsell or charge for parts that wasn't needed.
Thank you so much for your business and your kind words

Picture this: Beautiful Saturday afternoon, late October. Finally have the chance to relax after a long, loooong week. Put in a load of laundry and I'm chilling on the front porch with a cold beer. Life is good. Out of nowhere, the washing machine starts beeping like the Death Star just appeared on the radar. Mid cycle. Stopped dead. Wouldn't drain, wouldn't spin. I turned it off and turned it on several times. Nothing. Clothes soaked. Evidently, punching and cursing the machine doesn't help. I do a google search and see Wise Choice has a 4.9 review and customers can't say enough great things about Mohammad. I call. He answers right away and tells me that he'll be there in 30 minutes. On a Saturday. He arrives sooner and goes to work. Within minutes he figures out the problem, has the part in his truck, and in no time the washing machine is fixed at half the cost that I was expecting. Incredible. You need an appliance fixed? Call Mohammad. Stop googling, stop searching, call Mohammad. You'll be writing a 5-star review, too.
Man I really i appreciate your business and your kind words and having the time to write me a wonderful review
Muhammad came within 30 minutes of our call. He had to order the part for our washing machine, but he still made the repair the next day. He provided status updates, did everything he said, and the washing machine is working again. We are very happy with his help and fast service.
Thank you so much for your business and your kind words
He came out same day and was very efficient and trustworthy. Will definitely be using him in the future!

Wouldn't give any price / ballpark estimate without service visit. I understand and expect a fee for diagnostic work and travel, but a rough non quote number for a specific repair helps everyone not waste time.
How dare you write me a 1 star review , because I refuse to give you estimate repair costs over the phone! I don't because I am the technician who decide if the refrigerator compressor is bad or good. Most of the times I fix the problem by finding different issue of what the customer I work hard for building my business.
Very professional & knowledgeable. Definitely recommend….
Thank you so much for your business and support
Mr. Mohammad was very professional, told me what was wrong with my refrigerator problems over the phone. He came out within 20 minutes he explained in detail what he was going to do. How much the cost would be? And how long it would take. My refrigerator is back up and running, and at a very reasonable price.Thank you.
