Installing shower glass is a complicated task. The first person must have skill at design and measurements. The second person must have skill at installation. The folks that worked on my shower were exceptionally talented and I am 100% pleased.
Furniture making is one of my hobbies and I am a demanding customer. I went with Wise Glass because of their reputation and reviews, and their membership on the Good Contractors List. Their work met my high expectations.
In all fairness, I feel I should note that Wise Glass is a little higher than their competition (I'd say 10 - 12% higher), but I don't mind paying extra for exceptional design/measurement skills and skilled craftsmenship--and that's exactly what I got.

I want to take a moment to recognize Samantha at Wise Glass, because I truly believe she plays one of the most important roles in this company.
As a business owner myself, I understand that things don't always go according to plan. We experienced an issue with our shower glass being fabricated incorrectly, which caused delays and required a new installation. But what stood out to me was how Samantha handled everything.
From the beginning, she was kind, professional, patient, and responsive. She kept the communication going, worked to coordinate everything, and made us feel like our project mattered. She even showed genuine compassion while I was recovering from surgery.

I absolutely love my new shower door. We got the framless door with the oil rubbed bronze hardware. Ryan and Nate were awesome. Wise made sure we were pleased with our shower door. The first day there was some type of stain on the glass and without hesitation they order us another panel. The panel came and Ryan was absolutely amazing. He made sure everything was perfect. Before I called Wise, we were talking with another glass company and we could never get a phone call or an email from them. So we decided to give Wise a call and we are so happy we did.
