Our 2nd year using wlc, I would only reccomend for very simple and straight forward taxes. Our experience was not great. Our return was filed incorrectly despite all the proper paperwork being presented at our appointment. The taxes owed on a household employee were incorrectly calculated (an error around the sum of 2k). We weren't offered much help on reconciling other than filing an amendment. It is now October and it still isn't resolved. I spent hours of my own time finding the error. We've spent over 15 hours on the phone with the IRS and we now have to make an in person appointment. I essentially did the taxes on my own by finding the error made by WLC and we've been left to resolve wlc's error on our own. Not quite sure what we paid for this year. Nice guy and would probably be ok for straight forward tax scenarios.

I brought my 96yr old grandmother. She had tax issues that needed to be taken care of. I thought we would have to drop off documents and wait for a call. Wagner sat down and did everything on a big screen We could ask questions freely. He was so kind & patient. He took a big weight off our shoulders. I really appreciate the work he did so fast.
