Trey was an outstanding service tech for William Masters!! He was on time, very personable, efficient, and professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained the repairs he was completing for us throughout the house. We enjoyed getting to know him, and soooo appreciated the time he spent with us, and all the work he did for us!!!

My upstairs lights started tripping the breakers randomly. Wm masters replaced a breaker on 4th October (expensive, $300 repair) and assured that it’d solve the problem. If not they would revisit. I had two rooms that lost power. Josh quickly diagnosed a loose wire in the second outlet he tested and within a short period of repair time by Josh and his apprentice the rooms lit up and everything was working. I cannot say enough good about the service I received from Wm. MASTERS and the electricians who resolved my electrical problem.
I've used Wm Masters in the past for plumbing work, and today for installation of all new smoke detectors and to check on a few other things regarding outlets and switches. Have always been pleased with their work, and today was no exception. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and over the top service. I will always call them first with other needs!
