Gavin and Zac installed a new furnace for me. The were very professional, kept me informed on what they were doing, cleaned up after the job. Was very pleased and would highly recommend William Masters and their team!
Zack, Parker and Tyran were great. These three guys worked well together, were on time, hard workers and got the job done quickly. They replaced our ac and furnace.
We had a good experience in the past with them, we then bought a furnace from them. They did ok, the cover they made for the filter doesn’t fit and drives me crazy. An exhaust pipe was leaking condensation and they came out to fix it and they didn’t fix it right. I ended up having to fix it myself. Our a/c had an…

Assuring that the installation was well thought out, and executed. They cleaned up the…

Tanner, Jordan & Zac were at our house on 3/19/26 to replace our almost 30 year old heating & air conditioning units. They were prompt, covered my flooring, efficient & informative on the new units. I highly recommend Wm. Masters for your needs!
This past week I was awakened to the alarm of my C/O detector going off at 2:30 AM. After checking to make sure it wasn't low batteries and it was for real, I left and went to a family members house and first thing in the morning called and the RTFPD send one of the firefighters over with the meter and sure enought…
Prompt professional service.
Brad has been out technician for many years. He is amazing. We have had adjustments made on our heating and A/C units. They are new and had noise issues from the beginning. Loud noises out of the ducts when the heat would turn on and then the noise would lower after a bit. Our new A/C makes a horrible noise when…
Both Sales and Service were great - left area very clean after installation and service tech was knowledgeable. New furnace & AC installed with job completed and cleanup done in 7 hours! WM, Masters will be our go to for future HVAC & plumbing needs.
Tanner and Jordan did an amazing job installing my HVAC. They were very neat, orderly and cleaned up very well after.
Wm Masters replaced our HVAC SYSTEM in one day at a very reasonable price. They did two furnaces and one AC In about 8 hours with minimal disruption. Shawn, Barry, and all of the technicians were very quick to answer our questions and explain details. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would recommend these guys to everyone.
Replaced furnace and added a new humidifier. Zac and Gage were excellent installers.
Recently contracted Wm. Masters for our HVAC system replacement. Shawn was our first contact for our quote, and he was timely, professional, and honest. WM. Masters, Inc replaced our old furnace, AC, and thermostat. Zac and Gage did great work in great time. I would definitely use them again.

We needed to replace our dual HVAC systems in our house. William Masters gave us a very fair price and the installment team (Zach, Gage, Gavin) did a great job with a difficult install (tight fit for the upstairs unit). Great job!
Would give more stars if I could. We had a lot of issues trying to get the right size of unit and price when needing to replace our AC/furnace. Trane brand is top of the line and WM makes it affordable. Their installers were able to custom fabricate everything needed for our install. Customers service is top…
The guys did a wonderful job. Tanner and Jordan were very professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Had Masters out to replace a toilet. Was quoted an hour for the job, it took them over two hours. Naturally they bill by the hour. Install is fine, but the price was a good bit more than expected as a result.
The two service technicians l, Tanner and Gage were on time, knowledgeable, and seamed to perform the work efficiently. Since I don’t know the job, I can’t really evaluate the work. They cleaned up after the job, explained important information, and worked until the job was done. Couldn’t be happier. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner.

Tanner and Luke were very professional. They were experienced, and clean. One of them even petted my cat! Seriously though they did a great job replacing my furnace and a/c, I’m totally impressed, thanks
Had furnace issues, Tory came out same day, accessed the issue, ordered part and gave us additional options. Needed 2 new A/C units plus new furnace. Emailed quotes and ordered what we wanted. Zac and Ryan were out 3 days later, installed furnace and 1 A/C unit. Tanner and Zak returned to install second A/C unit.…
The process from beginning to end was excellent. When Shawn came out and gave me a quote, he was informative and I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me something that I didn't need. Quite the opposite actually. The system he chose for me is perfect. Tanner and Gage were awesome installers. Prompt,…

I wanted to replace my furnace before it failed and get a new power humidifier. We called WM Masters for a second quote because we've had positive experiences with them in the past for plumbing. The price was significantly cheaper for the same quality product and service vs the competitor who gave us the first…
First class operations from phone call to service and from quote to installation. We purchased a new Trane furnace and a/c unit. All spelled out and communicated clearly. They even helped repair my old thermostat while I was on vacation. Very satisfied customers!
Really efficient and painless installation of a new furnace, heat pump, and water heater. Our furnace/heat pump installers,Tanner and Zac were friendly, explained things well, and thoroughly professional. Our water heater technician was equally good.
The union craft local training is very apparent in the quality and performance of Wm.Masters, Inc service technicians.
Trust the reviews. Wm. Masters sets the bar for service excellence. Our 90s systems had simply aged out and ultimately failed. We requested a project to install new furnace, A/C, humidified, and supporting duct work. An appointment with Shawn was promptly scheduled to assess the space and provide options.…

Tanner and Zac were excellent! Very professional the entire time at our house. They were polite, very kind & most of all patient. Thank you gentlemen!
I recently had a full HVAC replacement done and would 100% use WM Masters, Inc again. The salesman Shawn came by to assess our needs and gave me several options at different price points to choose from. We had a new Trane furnace and air conditioner installed by William Masters. Tanner and Zac were friendly, courteous and professional installers, and completed the work sooner than I expected. I appreciate the time they took after the installation for us to review their work and the operation of both units. Every…
We have been using Wm. Masters since we purchased the new built house 27 years ago. They have provided maintenance service for both the air conditioning and heating twice a year since that time. We knew the typical life span is 20 years. Last Friday at 4:00 the air conditioning stopped working. By 4:30 someone had…
Had an older system replaced last month, and Tanner was particularly nice when I asked (if possible and easy) for the cover around the old AC system. (My raspberry bush is growing rapidly now that the critter bothering it can't reach the bush.) Thanks for that extra effort! Always a pleasure to deal with employees of this company.
Great work Zac and Tanner. Very professional and will highly recommend. Thank you
