Zack, Parker and Tyran were great. These three guys worked well together, were on time, hard workers and got the job done quickly. They replaced our ac and furnace.
So appreciated Shawn’s prompt response, Gavin and Zach’s installation, and Trevor’s service at a second location.
Gavin O. and Zach S. of Wm. Masters Inc. installed a new HVAC system for us recently. They are very driven towards customer satisfaction with high quality work, attention to detail and looking to the future needs of the customer. Assuring that the installation was well thought out, and executed. They cleaned up the…
Gage & Jordan did a great job with my HVAC installation. They treated me and my home with respect and left everything spotless after the job. Very professional and courteous. I had a few companies give estimates for replacing my old AC unit and Wm Masters offered the best value. Shawn was professional and explained everything well and install was scheduled quickly. Zac and Gage did a great job on the install.
Prompt professional service.
Brad has been out technician for many years. He is amazing. We have had adjustments made on our heating and A/C units. They are new and had noise issues from the beginning. Loud noises out of the ducts when the heat would turn on and then the noise would lower after a bit. Our new A/C makes a horrible noise when…
Both Sales and Service were great - left area very clean after installation and service tech was knowledgeable. New furnace & AC installed with job completed and cleanup done in 7 hours! WM, Masters will be our go to for future HVAC & plumbing needs.
Tanner and Jordan did an amazing job installing my HVAC. They were very neat, orderly and cleaned up very well after.
Recently contracted Wm. Masters for our HVAC system replacement. Shawn was our first contact for our quote, and he was timely, professional, and honest. Wm Masters had always been amazing!! With a recent air conditioner replacement Shawn was an excellent salesman and Gage and Gavin provided a professional, efficient installation! Thanks everyone!
WM. Masters, Inc replaced our old furnace, AC, and thermostat. Zac and Gage did great work in great time. I would definitely use them again.
Had a new air conditioner and HVAC installed, they did an excellent job! After the installation they took the time to walk us through the new setup and make sure all our questions were answered.
We needed to replace our dual HVAC systems in our house. William Masters gave us a very fair price and the installment team (Zach, Gage, Gavin) did a great job with a difficult install (tight fit for the upstairs unit). Great job!
Would give more stars if I could. We had a lot of issues trying to get the right size of unit and price when needing to replace our AC/furnace. Trane brand is top of the line and WM makes it affordable. Their installers were able to custom fabricate everything needed for our install. Customers service is top…
The guys did a wonderful job. Tanner and Jordan were very professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
The two service technicians l, Tanner and Gage were on time, knowledgeable, and seamed to perform the work efficiently. Since I don’t know the job, I can’t really evaluate the work. They cleaned up after the job, explained important information, and worked until the job was done. Couldn’t be happier. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner.
Just had a new AC unit installed. Zach, Luke and Buster were polite and professional in addition to completing the install in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
Wm Masters installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home recently. Buster, Zac and Luke were great. High quality job. I'm really impressed with how quickly they were able to finish. They put a lot of effort into every detail. I'm so pleased!
Zac and Aaron arrived on right on schedule. Wasting no time, they came in, discussed what they'd be doing, installed the new A/C unit, then and showed me what they did. Their work looks fine and works great!
My wife and I recently used Wm. Masters, Inc to replace our 23 year old AC and furnace. We also had them install a mini-split in our upstairs master bedroom. We were pleased with the entire experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a company to complete HVAC work in their home.
Tory, Zac, and Gage were great. Installed all new heat and AC units and worked hard all day despite a few hour power outage. Great job.
Tanner and Luke were very professional. They were experienced, and clean. One of them even petted my cat! Seriously though they did a great job replacing my furnace and a/c, I’m totally impressed, thanks
Amazing service from initial call until completion of installation...all in two weeks. Shawn arrived early for our review and quote. Quote came the next morning by 9:00a. Shawn was understanding as we sought quotes from multiple companies, responding to questions as we had them. Once we confirmed with Shawn that we…
Had furnace issues, Tory came out same day, accessed the issue, ordered part and gave us additional options. Needed 2 new A/C units plus new furnace. Emailed quotes and ordered what we wanted. Zac and Ryan were out 3 days later, installed furnace and 1 A/C unit. Tanner and Zak returned to install second A/C unit.…
The process from beginning to end was excellent. When Shawn came out and gave me a quote, he was informative and I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me something that I didn't need. Quite the opposite actually. The system he chose for me is perfect. Tanner and Gage were awesome installers. Prompt,…
Buster & Tanner were great! On time, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable.

Buster and Gage were very professional while installing our new heating and cooling. They made sure to put stuff on the floor to not track dirt in and also answered any and all questions that I had.
Trust the reviews. Wm. Masters sets the bar for service excellence. Our 90s systems had simply aged out and ultimately failed. We requested a project to install new furnace, A/C, humidified, and supporting duct work. An appointment with Shawn was promptly scheduled to assess the space and provide options.…
Tanner and Buster did a very professional job. Polite and explained the whole system to me so I could understand.

I recently had a full HVAC replacement done and would 100% use WM Masters, Inc again. The salesman Shawn came by to assess our needs and gave me several options at different price points to choose from. We have been using Wm. Masters since we purchased the new built house 27 years ago. They have provided maintenance service for both the air conditioning and heating twice a year since that time. We knew the typical life span is 20 years. Last Friday at 4:00 the air conditioning stopped working. By 4:30 someone had…
Had an older system replaced last month, and Tanner was particularly nice when I asked (if possible and easy) for the cover around the old AC system. (My raspberry bush is growing rapidly now that the critter bothering it can't reach the bush.) Thanks for that extra effort! Always a pleasure to deal with employees of this company.
My installers were Tanner and Zac. They were punctual, polite, cleaned up and were and extremely efficient. Kevin the tech was honest and helpful and Shawn who provided the estimates was forthcoming and extremely considerate, and got up a in the schedule in s as very timely manner. Kudos to all!
We needed to have a new AC system installed. Shawn was able to give us…
Our story started with a frozen AC. The technician came out (I forget his name, but he had a lot of tattoos. lol). He was super friendly, explained everything he was doing, and explained that our AC used a type of Freon that wasn't being produced any longer. From there, Shawn came out, walked us through some…

When our AC went out after 31 years, we called Wm Masters to determine what our options were. Wm. Masters never disappoints, and even when our AC went out before our new AC install, Wm. Masters was constantly checking to see if we were okay and if any further service needed to be performed.
