Zac, Gavin, and Parker did a wonderful job installing my new HVAC system. They arrived on time and notified me when the job was finished, taking the time to explain things to me and giving me an opportunity to answer questions. They also cleaned up and didn’t leave any mess behind! Thank you Wm. Masters, Inc. team!
Zack, Parker and Tyran were great. These three guys worked well together, were on time, hard workers and got the job done quickly. They replaced our ac and furnace.
Furnace & A/C installation by Zac, Gage & Jordan. Excellent job removing the old system and installing the new system. They were careful with the house/flooring, did a great job of cleanup and completely walked is thru the new system. Fully satisfied & highly recommended.
This past week my experience with William Masters, Inc. was the best outcome I could have asked for in my situation. I'm extremely grateful for how Tech Trever gave me options for fixing the furnace. Trevor was kind and helped me make the right decision to look at the purchase of a new furnace, instead of getting a…
They, cleaned my vents and installed a furnace and AC unit right before Christmas. They were well priced and I appreciated that they could get it done before the holidays!
Very professional!! Kyle, Tyler D, and Tate did an excellent job. The crew boss even stayed to make sure the roofer put the vent stack boot on the roof. My wife and I are very happy with the work that was done.
Would give more stars if I could. We had a lot of issues trying to get the right size of unit and price when needing to replace our AC/furnace. Trane brand is top of the line and WM makes it affordable. Their installers were able to custom fabricate everything needed for our install. Customers service is top…
The guys did a wonderful job. Tanner and Jordan were very professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Had Masters out to replace a toilet. Was quoted an hour for the job, it took them over two hours. Naturally they bill by the hour. Install is fine, but the price was a good bit more than expected as a result.
Can't say enough great things about the company! Jason Birkenbeil and his crew did a fabulous job with both the electrical and plumbing/pipe project at the Park where I work! Thanks to all!
Buster, Zac and Luke installed new furnace and AC unit, did a wonderful job, were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. 10/10
We are happy with the total process with Wm Masters beginning with the consultation and proposals for a new furnace and air conditioner with Shawn. The installation went smoothly and quickly - Buster and Gage were professional, efficient and polite. We recommend Wm Masters for a heating and cooling project such as this.
Tanner, Ryan and Luke just finished an AC/Furnace replacement. Very professional throughout the install. Walked thru the new system upon completion. Looking forward to tracking the difference the new equipment will have going into the summer and next winter.
I went through WM for a new furnace/AC and Tanner managed our install. He was very professional and finished the project in a timely manner. My wife and I really appreciated their service and overall respect throughout the process.
Gage and Buster were terrific installing our 97%-efficient furnace. They are kind, polite, hard working, thorough, very friendly and courteous. We love our TRANE furnace and heat pump, humidifier and thermostat! Buster and Gage are the best! A+
We replaced our furnace and ac upstairs in Fall of 2021 and then replaced our larger main level 12/22. Both times were a great experience. I don’t recall names of the first group of installers from 2021, but similarly, Buster, Gage and Zac provided fast and courteous work in very cold temps! Even with our sales…
From start to finish WM was amazing. Our 20 year old heater gave up the ghost. They were quick to come out, assess the situation, quote and schedule installation. Added bonus, they had our new system in stock!! Buster and Gage were awesome! Professional, polite and skilled. They were absolute pros with the…
The service technicians, Zac and Tanner, did a professional installation of our new furnace in our older home. They identified and repaired a gas leak in the supply line, repositioned the thermostat and were still able to complete the entire install on-time. They took preventive measures to keep our house clean by…
Buster and Gage were wonderful, did a great job on the install, old furnace removed, new furnace installed, no mess afterwards. Very personable and professional!!
Trust the reviews. Wm. Masters sets the bar for service excellence. Our 90s systems had simply aged out and ultimately failed. We requested a project to install new furnace, A/C, humidified, and supporting duct work. An appointment with Shawn was promptly scheduled to assess the space and provide options.…
Tanner and Zac did an excellent job with my furnace and AC replacement. They were on time, professional, and courteous. Once the install was complete, they reviewed everything with me and answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with their work and my new furnace/AC. I would recommend them to anyone!
Thanks to Buster and Gage for their excellent and efficient work installing our HVAC system. They were pleasant, hard working, and provided what they were going to do clearly and updated as they went along, and also how a problem discovered will have a followup from the office. They also were very careful with…
Buster and Gage showed up on time. Completed the work quickly and neatly.

Wm. Masters installed a new AC compressor and coil to replace a failing unit. The work performed by Zac and Tanner was professional and of high quality. They were friendly and answered all questions. This is the fourth installation/repair completed by Wm. Masters at my home. I highly recommend them—they do great work.
Jonathan, Zac, and Tori did a great job replacing our AC unit and removing the old one. They arrived on time for the job, in good spirits, and were great about keeping us informed about the process. I would recommend these gentlemen and this company if you are in need of HVAC services. (gents, if you read this, you left a spotlight at my house)
Had to replace a 30yr old furnace and get some plumbing done. Everything got scheduled, financed, and fixed very fast and efficiently. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helped me understand what was happening and why. I'll definitely call them again if and when I need more repairs.
Wm Masters provided excellent service during the winter months when we needed it the most. The system we had was leaking carbon dioxide and the Technicians came in to help us with the emergency service we needed. Kudos to Jonathan and Zac for giving us such excellent service.
I’ve always had great experiences with Wm. Masters so I call them with whatever I need (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical). This time I needed to finish getting the hot tub set up. My husband is deployed and I wanted to have it set up for him as a surprise before he comes home for Christmas. Leslie and Josh were…
Best price around with exceptional service! Installed a new HVAC system for us and we could not be happier with the results! Highly recommend!
Jonathan and Gage were my two technicians today to replace my furnace. They did an awesome job. Polite, friendly, and very efficient. I was working while they were here, and they did not disturb me at all. Much appreciated!
Had heating and ac installed. They were on time as scheduled, came in and right to work. They had everything installed in less than 5 hours. They picked up and went over all the features of the unit and thermostat. Great job, Jonathan, Zac and Gage.
The consultation and installation of my new home generator was excellent in every way. Thank you Tyler and Josh and all of your crew for your respect of me and my property. I HIGHLY recommend William Masters.
Jonathan, Zac and Gage did a great job on the install and Ben did a great job with the duct cleaning!
Wm Masters installed a backup generator for my home. Their team Josh, Randy, & Tyler were excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable, and very careful with our home. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again in the future.
Outstanding service and work from the William Masters team. Josh is awesome to work with and I’ll definitely continue giving them business in the future.
Our AC unit went out, Wm Masters came out quick to diagnosis problem and got quotes for a new system. We had a whole new HVAC system out in and they did a great job educating us and walking us through the process and keeping us informed on the progress. Jonathan, Zac, and Brett were out today to install the new…
Mike and Phil first came at the end of October to remove old cast iron and galvanized pipes in our house because of clogging and leaking (in the upstairs bathroom.) They installed new copper and PVC pipes to replace the old. It was a huge job and required a lot of creativity to make it all work in the space they…
Wm. Masters is the company I use for all my HVAC needs. Jonathan and Cody recently installed a new furnace in my house - they were on time, finished in a few hours and left the basement cleaner than it was when they got there. They explained everything to me and were very professional. I would definitely recommend Masters!
We had Wm Masters install a new AC, gas furnace, and gas water heater. The entire process was smooth and easy. They did a very professional job and explained how everything worked when they were done.
