Had Masters out to replace a toilet. Was quoted an hour for the job, it took them over two hours. Naturally they bill by the hour. Install is fine, but the price was a good bit more than expected as a result.

Had to replace a 30yr old furnace and get some plumbing done. Everything got scheduled, financed, and fixed very fast and efficiently. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helped me understand what was happening and why. I'll definitely call them again if and when I need more repairs.
