Kyle was on time and very efficient, my water heater installation was quicker than I expected. He was polite and courteous, took time to walk me thru changing temperature and showing me where the shut off valves were at.
We had Kyle come at Friday evening at 5:30 and was done installing and removing before 7:00. He was so good. The stairs and hardwood floors were covered and everything clean when he left. Super plumber would use Wm Masters again. Thanks Kyle!
