I was nervous about taking this class but my sister asked me to, so I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and included. Learning the different methods is challenging but they support you and will assist however you need it. Bonus is that it’s a super great workout!

I really enjoyed my first silks class. I found I needed a little more flexibility but I have to start somewhere.

Thank you so much for joining us + sharing your experience, Sharon! 🩷 We’re SO glad you enjoyed your first silks class with us!
And YES, you absolutely have to start somewhere! Flexibility is something we can build over time + you don’t need to walk through the door already knowing how to do everything. We love getting to watch our babes discover what their bodies are capable of as they learn and grow 🥰
We hope to see you back on the dance floors very soon! 🐇

I love it here. It started when I got a chance to win a free pole 101 basics class at pride this year. Ever since then I joined pole 101. Attending to extra classes which were also really fun. All the instructor are really nice and friendly. I’m excited to continue my experience here.
Brooke!! We’re so happy that free Pole 101 Basics class at Pride sent you tumbling down the rabbit hole with us! 🐇
We love hearing that you’re having fun trying new classes and feeling welcomed by our instructors. We’re so excited to keep dancing with you + see what you get up to next! 🩷 XOXO- the Wonderland Crew

I took a free beginners class and it was amazing! I definitely had difficulty with doing some of the moves as I am plus sized but I never felt shame for not doing the right thing. It was very uplifting and felt like a place where I can make mistakes and not feel ashamed of it. It was fun getting to know my own body! Would definitely come again

Chelsea, thank you so much for sharing this! 🩷 We are so glad you felt welcomed, encouraged, and free to make mistakes and explore your body without judgment. That is exactly what we want Wonderland to be: a place where every body gets to move, play, learn, and get stronger without shame.
We loved having you with us and hope you come fall down the rabbit hole again soon! 🐇🩷 XOXO- the Wonderland Crew
