If I could give no stars, I would. While the help was amazing, the wood was far from it. We purchased a mixture of cabin grade and #2. ALL OF THE WOOD was cabin grade. JUNK. While I am well aware of "Cabin Grade" and it's quirks, the #2 was no better and half of it was not usable. Many pieces still had full bark and splits all over it, making it completely unusable. The wood was black and disgusting. As of it had been sitting in water and moldy. I mean absolute junk. Do not waste your valuable time or money. Very disappointing. Buy from a better source. I recently remodeled my home and a friend recommended Wood Source LLC. I am so glad I chose to go with them. When shopping around, you can see the difference in the flooring Wood Source LLC offered. The person I hired to install the floor used way more flooring than my home required. Me not knowing the difference, called for more flooring. Kathryn at the front desk quickly identified I didn’t need more flooring. And said NO WAY!!! She kicked into action, checking what I purchased, asking me to send her pictures and measurements of the remaining space. She brought Jhonny in and it was confirmed no more flooring was needed. I am thankful for the care and service I’ve received from Wood Source LLC !! I am OBSESSED with my new flooring!!! THANK YOU WOOD SOURCE LLC!!!

Do not trust this company Richard and Johnny Lee don't pay their employees. Do not trust this company they did not stick to their agreement with rate of pay and have failed to pay.

Just stopped by today and purchased flooring for my project. Johnny was super helpful in helping me with some ideas. The product is great and was at a great price. Everyone was super friendly. I highly recommend them.

There is a reason why the ratings are as high as they are, for this business. Out of all of the flooring options in my general area, I decided to take my business here, almost an hour away from the house. Exceptional product, outstanding customer service, and Johnny knows his stuff. My install didn't quite go as planned (by no means the fault of the store) but still, Johnny went out of his way to make sure the errors were corrected, even offering to make to trip to my residence to make sure his product was installed within his level of quality. Try to find that kind of service at one of the big box stores. I searched all avenues and outlets for my product and nothing came close. Trust me when I say you can trust this company when you are looking for flooring
