Having our June wedding at Woodinville Lavender was an absolute dream come true!! From the very first contact when we inquired about the venue to the wedding day itself, Tom (who is the venue owner and coordinator) was so kind, patient, and professional! There are multiple meetings in which Tom will help you plan the big day which is really nice especially for those that may have never planned a large event before. He also has a list of vendors you can choose from if you want. Not only was every vendor we chose from that list phenomenal, but they too only had great things to say about working with him and at Woodinville Lavender! On the actual wedding day, Tom was so organized that it really helps you and your wedding guests focus on having a good time! And many of our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the lavender was! It really is a wonderful venue that anyone would be lucky to have their wedding at.

We had our wedding here in mid-July 2026 and Woodinville Lavender was easily the best choice we made! The venue felt secluded and private which is perfect to celebrate with our family and friends. The lavender was absolutely gorgeous and the grass was so lush. It's clear Tom takes great care of his fields. We booked our date in March of 2025 and working with Tom made the whole process very approachable. Tom provides the tent, tables, chairs, lavender credit, and so much more for us to use. He also gave us a list of recommended vendors, but we were also free to choose our own. On the day of the wedding Tom took care of everything and coordinated with vendors so we could focus on enjoying our special day :) 100% recommend this venue to anyone.

We are so happy that we chose Woodinville Lavender for our dream wedding. There truly aren't enough words to describe how immaculate the venue is or the exceptional professionalism and level of service that Tom provides. We toured quite a few venues throughout the greater Seattle area, but ultimately chose Woodinville Lavender because of its all-inclusive experience. The package includes planning support, day-of coordination, rehearsal, and equipment rentals, which eliminated so much of the stress that comes with wedding planning. At the same time, we loved the flexibility—we were free to choose any vendors we wanted or follow Tom's recommendations for an amazing list of trusted professionals. We never felt locked into a specific path, which made the planning process feel personalized while still being well supported. Tom is an incredibly organized person who has accumulated a wealth of experience from the many beautiful weddings he has coordinated over the years. He has refined the entire planning process, making every step feel smooth, structured, and surprisingly stress-free. He was extremely thorough during our rehearsal, and that preparation translated into a seamless ceremony on our wedding day. Throughout the planning process, Tom was also incredibly accommodating. He always welcomed us when we requested additional visits to the venue, giving us plenty of opportunities to visualize our day and work through the details. Despite managing multiple wedding couples, he was consistently responsive, typically replying within 24 hours. That level of communication gave us tremendous peace of mind. One thing we especially appreciated was Tom's analytical approach. He carefully tracks information from previous weddings—including vendors, budgets, and what worked particularly well or could be improved. Using that experience, he was able to make thoughtful, data-driven recommendations tailored to our priorities. As two people who appreciate decisions grounded in data, we found this incredibly valuable and unique. On our wedding day, everything came together flawlessly. The venue itself is breathtaking, and our guests couldn't stop commenting on how beautiful and peaceful it was. Looking back, choosing Woodinville Lavender was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning journey. We would wholeheartedly recommend Tom and Woodinville Lavender to any couple looking for a stunning venue paired with an experienced, organized, and genuinely caring coordinator who goes above and beyond to make your wedding day unforgettable.

July 2026 Wedding - very happy with this private venue where we had the entire wedding: ceremony, reception under tent and dancing space. Tom (owner and operator) and his team had everything prepared and his list of vendors were super helpful! Tom has 3 meetings with you prior to the event to help make decisions and maintains the grounds beautifully. He provided everything we needed for a perfect day! Furniture, lighting, tent, bridal suite, sparklers and grooms room all included. But it is all outdoors - so we were lucky to have perfect weather! Tom is so calm, made sure the wedding day was perfect for us, everything went smoothly and he cleared everything for us after! Max 60 people and budget around $20,000 to have a wedding here just FYI, but definitely worth it! Extremely unique venue and hope to come again!

This venue is AMAZING! Tom (owner) is wonderful! He is organized and helped our wedding be perfect. He helped us plan out the day, find vendors and figure out exactly what we wanted the day to look like. The lavender was a beautiful backdrop for our wedding and everyone at Woodinville Lavender truly cares about making the day special!

Tom really went above and beyond as our wedding planner this June. My husband and I always felt so reassured after our wedding planning meetings with Tom, we always left with a "yeah, we got this!" attitude which made the wedding planning season so much more enjoyable. The venue is stunning, and very thoughtfully designed. There is shade, plenty of space for your guests, fun activities, a dance floor, it had everything we needed and more. I felt at ease knowing there was a clear plan for rain (we always have to be prepared in the PNW). Woodinville Lavender feels luxurious, intimate, and a nice leisurely time with your loved ones after all the anticipation and stress leading up to your wedding. Tom is incredibly reliable and made our wedding feel like such a beautiful dream!

The property is an artist's dream -- such a stunning location for a summer wedding that truly feels like you are in Europe. I appreciated Tom's calm demeanor and easy communication.
