Danny and Zane came to our house shortly after my initial call to WWE and tackled a pesky squirrel issue. They arrived on time, knew just what to do, and even got up on the roof (something Biotech, Romney, and many other pest companies won’t do) to ensure everything was sealed. They were transparent and informative. No sales pitch. They were polite, articulate, thorough, and tidy (they picked up dropped materials from the grass and gutters).

I RARELY (never) leave reviews, but feel compelled when a business delivers customer service that I didn’t know existed anymore. I called WWE because raccoons were turning the soffits of my house into an AirBNB. I had seen several coming out of a hole on one corner and could hear them in my ceiling. Michael came out and did an exterior survey of the first and second floors and found three entry points. I closed two of the entry holes but left their main one open. Michael set a trap on the roof near the entry and even secured the cage to the roof so it wouldn’t fall and injure the animal or someone below. He told me to text him if the trap captured anything. On the first night TWO raccoons found their way inside. I let him know at 10pm on a Sunday and he came THAT SAME NIGHT to swap the trap and release the raccoons 10+ miles away. Never expected that. I told him they were crying and he didn’t want them to hurt themselves trying to get out.
Over the next week, he captured and released FOUR more, including another late night pickup. We even caught a random possum that we let go down the street. Poor guy.
Michael has climbed onto my roof five nights in a row. We STILL have one adult and one juvenile that the cameras have seen to trap and release, but I imagine they will be gone in a day or two.
Six down, two to go.
Not only are Michael and WWE compassionate with the animals, they are EFFECTIVE and Michael has taught me more about raccoons than I EVER wanted to know. Raccoons and VERY territorial and can be VERY aggressive. Who knew?
WWE is not the cheapest but not the most expensive service in the area, but they are DECIDEDLY EFFECTIVE and responsive to every question or concern I have had. Seeing SO many animals being removed SO quickly, is a huge relief to me. They actually developed a strategy to capture the animals based on their patterns, rather than just throwing out a trap and hoping for the best.
I can’t say more about how impressed I am at their customer service, their knowledge of animals, their compassion, and most of all their effectiveness. That alone is the value they bring.
If you have a nuisance animal problem, you won’t regret hiring WWE. They just get it done. Simple as that.

Wildlife removal takes more than simply setting a trap- it requires understanding animal behavior and adjusting the strategy as needed. And yes, raccoons are much more territorial than some may realize- making it all the more important to hire a licensed, trained professional for the job when it comes to their removal and relocation.

Heard scratching in our ceiling >> Daniel was out the next day 👍🏻 to examine our roof for possible points of entry and our attic for signs of rodents. He's obviously highly experienced about the various pests in The Woodlands, how they get in, and what signs they leave behind.
Here's what I appreciated so much about Daniel...rather than immediately propose a treatment plan, he said "let's first try to determine what rodent we're dealing with." With the bait untouched after a week he said "you're good for now" and suggested that we monitor the situation. If the scratching noises returned then give him a call. He charged a super reasonable service fee for the initial inspection.
In today's world of large corporate pest and rodent control companies, it's great to have a local, family-run company that does business the right way!

Highly recommend Daniel - he doesn’t “over sell” you and recommends only the services you actually need. We needed some additional work done within the first year and Daniel came out immediately to fix it at no cost. Great company to work with and best of all - no more squirrels in the attic!
