Customers frequently praise the grooming quality, noting that pets return clean, soft, and happy after services like baths, haircuts, and nail trims. Many highlight fair pricing, friendly staff, and the ability to handle anxious or difficult animals with patience. However, a pattern of criticism exists regarding communication failures, specifically instances where dogs were shaved without permission or owners faced unexpected price increases without clear explanations.

I’ve been going to Woof & Wash for exactly 7 years. Never had a problem. Cricket & I love Jeanette, and would never consider going anyplace else. Cricket does not like water, but she is so happy when I pick her up. She looks beautiful and she knows it. You Cannot lose with Woof & Wash, or Jeanette.
